Charming villa sea view and castle .wifi, parking

House charm sea and castle on the coastal path at the foot of the beach, in a garden de1700 m² with wood.
You can do all walk .Parking for cars.
A large reception room (60m2) with a view of the castle and the port entrance. A forest to cool in the summer and make cabins a real playground for children. a real family home where you will feel at home. Wifi available.
Warning ,
a deposit of 600 € by check for the house and 100 € for cleaning will be requested upon your arrival. Checks will not be cashed unless damage.
The sheets are in supplement 15 € per bed and 5 € for towels per person.

Très jolie villa et vue
Maison familiale avec beaucoup de charme et une très belle vue sur la mer. Promenade très agréable sur le chemin côtier ou vers la ville. Terrasse pour prendre le soleil en fin de journée et un très beau terrain. Idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances !

Magnifique expérience
Nous avons adoré notre séjour destiné à nous retrouver en famille avec nos 2 grandes filles dont l’une habite Nantes . Le contact avec les propriétaires a été bref mais très agréable et efficace . La maison a un charme fou , une vue magnifique de toute les pièces , elle est aussi idéalement située entre les plages et le centre de Pornic . Entre visite à Nantes , promenades sur le sentier des douaniers , baignade ( fraîche) sur la plage , shopping dans les jolies rues de la ville et apéritifs dans le séjour avec une vue à couper le souffle , ce séjour a été plus qu’agréable et c’est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons . Mention spéciale aussi au jardin qui a beaucoup plu aux animaux .

Maison très agréable
La maison est située à 7 minutes à pied du centre de Pornic et en bordure du sentier côtier. Les pièces sont grandes et très agréables, notamment le séjour, très lumineux, qui offre une vue imprenable sur l'entrée du port et le château au rythme des marées. La maison est parfaitement tenue et la literie confortable. Nous avons aussi bien apprécié la cheminée. Beaucoup de choses à visiter dans les parages: la côte, Nantes, Noirmoutiers... Les hôtes sont très accueillants, et à proximité si nécessaire.

Superbe maison avec charme et, surtout, qui a une âme! Avis aux amateurs de meubles IKEA : passez votre chemin! La propriétaire est d'une gentillesse et d'une amabilité qui deviennent rares de nos jours. Adresse à retenir.

Typical Pornic House with Great view
Beautiful location with view of Pornic and it’s harbor and castle. Great walks and jogging paths start in front of the house. Upstairs bedrooms with queen size beds in each. Upstairs bathroom with small bathtub. Downstairs bedroom ok for 3 small children with simple bunkbed. Patio on ground floor unfortunately a bit too small to eat outside. BBQ and pique nique table in the courtyard. Supermarket in 15 minute walking distance. Restaurants and bakery reachable in 10 minutes. Friendly hosts who live close by. Cleaning fee and bedlinens need to be booked extra, as not included in price.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans cette maison. Emplacement idéal avec une des plus belles vues de Pornic. Maison très bien agencée et spacieuse. Décoration personnalisée et chaleureuse. Grand terrain arboré. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner une autre fois encore.

Une maison de charme très accueillante, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, avec nos borders collie, nos enfants et notre petit fils. Le cadre est merveilleux, le château, le port, sa Corniche, et ses pistes cyclables, une maison chaleureuse et accueillante, avec ses terrasses, et son grand jardin, rien ne manque. Comment ne pas aimer ce site. Pièce de vie et petite terrasse avec une vue sur le château. Au calme, à proximité du centre. Idéal. Sil faut trouver un point d'amélioration... La literie mériterait d'être plus confortable pour certains lits. Je recommande.

La maison est très belle et extrêmement bien placée ! Elle offre un point de vue sur le port et le château et permet de laisser la voiture de côté… tout se fait à pied si on le souhaite… Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et arrangeants. Our stay was lovely. We were warmly welcomed by the whole family who showed us around the house and the spacious garden. Small issues we had were solved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The sea view from dining room was beautiful. There were a few nice restaurants, a weekly market and other shops around the corner. We enjoyed Pornic very much. Thank you for everything.

vue dégagée!! la maison est agréable et l'emplacement est très bon. une bonne base pour des excursions. malheureusement il y avait du vent donc nous ne pouvions pas aller à la plage. les propriétaires sont sympathiques. nous avons parlé à un voisin avec une histoire de vie intéressante.

La maison est largement à la hauteur de l'annonce , voir même mieux. Elle est merveilleusement située avec une vue imprenable sur le château . Elle est à proximité de tous les commerces tout en étant au calme de l'effervescence de Pornic. Et l'accès au chemin des douaniers est un vrai plus Cette maison de famille est très agréable et nous nous y sommes très bien sentie. Nous y avons passé 4 jours fabuleux . Catherine et Eric ont été de très bons hôtes . Nous reviendrons.....

Belle maison de famille
L’emplacement est exceptionnel et la maison très agréable. Proche de tout, vue sur le port et le château, au pied du sentier des douaniers. Une maison de famille vivante, qui a une âme. Un paradis pour des enfants. On s’y sent chez soi.
