Spacious with great view

Described as a penthouse, which gave the impression of excellence. The neighbourhood is similar to a 3rd world country, rubble and rubbish, the exterior is awful. The interior surprised with brightness and the view straight out was spectacular. Unfortunately there are issues with power supply which means the power cuts out if you use more than 1 high surge items ,you then take the old lift down 7 floors into a dungeon to reset. There is also a problem with plumbing as there are signs telling you to put toilet tissue in the bin, unhygienic. These 2 issues detract strongly and we’re disappointed. On the flip side the property manager was excellent and very obliging.
