Very ample and beautifully furnished and decorated, the apartment sleeps four and features a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and an open plan living / dining room that leads out to a spacious balcony which has a shaded dining area with large table and seating for eight and a cosy swing to relax in. Both bedrooms feature a double bed and a build in wardrobe. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower and bidet. There is a further bathroom with a bath by the bedroom’s hall. The lounge area has a sofa which makes a full double bed if required.
With a southern orientation, the apartment offers a balcony with great sun exposure and it is ideal for year-round occupation.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge, as well as International TV channels and wifi.
The departure cleaning service on the amount of €80,00 is mandatory and will be charged on arrival in cash.
Beach / pool towels are provided at a surcharge of €6,00 each and payment in cash is due on arrival.
The city tax on the amount of €2,00 per person, per night (max of 5 nights) is due on arrival in cash.
It is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for cool winter evenings.
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by elevator or by stairs.
Due to its location and for an enjoyable stay, it is highly recommended to have a car. An allocated parking space in the communal underground garage can be used, if needed.
