2. You can rent bed linen or towels or bring your own. Bed linen costs 12 euros p.p.
 Cost of hand linen 10 euros per person per set. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby bed.
3. Pets are not allowed in this holiday home
4. Groups and / or young people> 25 are not allowed
5. Maximum allowed occupancy: 4 people, this includes 1 baby (0-12 months)
6. The deposit will be refunded to your account by the owner as soon as possible, but certainly within two weeks after your stay.

The former Zeldenrust farm was completely renovated in 2017 into two modern holiday homes. The finest materials have been used and the holiday homes are equipped with all modern luxury and comfort. One house is suitable for four people (Zeldenrust vier/four) and one for six people (Zeldenrust zes/six). The house can also be rented as a combination if you are with ten people. The four person house is located in the black (covered) part of the two under one roof.

Holiday home Zeldenrust four is located on a spacious plot in a quiet and rural area, bordering the nature reserve De Pekelinge on the edge of the pleasant village of Oostkapelle. Within five minutes you are by car at the North Sea beach or in the center with shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The fashionable seaside resort of Domburg with a golf course can be reached within ten minutes. In about fifteen minutes you are by car in the provincial capital Middelburg.

The layout of the 4-person holiday home is as follows: You enter the house through the hall that gives access to the cozy and comfortably furnished living room with sitting area, dining area and open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. There is a separate toilet in the hall on the ground floor.

Holiday home Zeldenrust four has a sheltered terrace at the rear. The garden at the front is newly landscaped and well cared for. The large property includes a sandpit, a playhouse, a trampoline, two go-karts and playground equipment for your children and a small deer park. There are sufficient parking spaces and an old barn, which has also been converted into four apartments (2019).

The Zeldenrust holiday home is very suitable for people who are looking for an attractive house with modern comfort and the privacy of a bedroom, each with its own bathroom. Ideal for a family or two couples. Here you can rest and enjoy in a pleasant environment and your children can play.
