One of VRBO's Most Popular Panama City Beach Condos. TOP RANKED for over 4 years!!! Deluxe BEACH FRONT CONDO. VRBO PREMIER Location. Our Condo is less than 50 yards from the waters shore edge. It is grandfathered in as one of the closest to the actual beach that Panama City Beach has to offer. It is a wonderfully decorated and classy condominium to stay at. The condo has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, plus Queen Size Sleeper Sofa - Sleeps 6, at Sterling Reef Condominium Beach Resort.

There are only 124 units in the entire complex, so it limits the crowds. Also with the New Miller Pier that is directly next door...there are no other condominiums within 3/4 mile to our West. This keeps tourist traffic down for a nice, relaxing, unrushed, environment for our guests.

This is one of the nicest Condominium Resorts on the Beach, and is grandfathered in as one of the closest condos to the actual beach than most of the other accommodations on Panama City Beach! The condo is Sterling Reef Condo & Resort Type B "Aruba Plan" 2BD/2BTH. 1076 SQ. FT = F&C , 184 SQ.FT. = BALC

Featuring an extra large balcony with table, chairs and reclining Chase loungers, which can be accessed either from the living room or master bedroom.

Breathtaking oceanfront view and luxurious professional décor is why our guests return year after year. Living area and master bedroom have sliding doors that open onto an extra-large (8 ft. wide x 26 ft. long) 9th floor GULF FRONT balcony with mesmerizing views of the emerald green water and sugar white sandy beaches that Panama City Beach is famous for.

We chose this area of Panama City Beach based on our experience with PCB, Destin, Sandestin, Pensacola, and Ft Walton. We really enjoy the Sunrises and Sunsets, and this area of Panama City Beach jets out and faces the West much more than the other areas mentioned above that have more Southerly views. With our view of the ocean from our condo, you get great Sunrises and Sunsets that are clearly visible. Other areas have Sunsets that are too far to the right and behind your view to get a premier view. Check it out on the map for yourself to see what we are talking about.

Conveniently located at the intersection of Alf Coleman Road and Front Beach Road, Sterling Reef Resort is one of only a few condominium buildings that have an on-site covered parking garage. No streets or sky bridges to cross!!!

Adjacent to the NEW County Pier and across from the popular Shipwreck Island Water Park, and two different putt putt golf courses; you'll find yourself within walking distance of dining choices such as Firefly, Shrimp Basket, and Dee's Hangout (3 local and well regarded and highly reviewed restaurants). These are less than 1/2 mile away and very convenient. The NEW M. B. Miller County Pier and Beach Park is right next door and within easy walking distance. This is a great plus as their are no other condos or structures to the west of our condo. Shopping, dining and entertainment complexes as well as the Frank Brown Sports Arena are all close by. This condo was perfect! Great location, stocked with everything you need and clean. I loved the layout of this place! I let the teen girls have the front master bedroom and I took the smaller room which was perfect, quiet and dark!!!! I will definitely return! Nothing negative to say. Had an absolutely wonderful time! The owners are awesome and willing to answer any questions!!!!

Property was well equipped with everything you need. Only complaint would be minor. Lack of hangers in master, but we brought our own and the can opener was stripped out and didn't work.Neitherr issue was a big matter. We have stayed at this resort multiple times now and enjoy the location and amenities. Owners responded in a timely manner during booking process. Would book again.

Great condo great location
This condo is very nice, well equipped and well maintained. The balcony is amazing in size and views. I would highly recommend. The owners were also very accommodating. We had a personal issue that impacted our original plans and they worked with us to reschedule, which I really appreciated given the circumstances.

This property was great! Perfect views and access to the beach chairs was so nice to have! Loved the decor of the place! The balcony access from the bedroom was my favorite, because every morning I could wake right up to a beach view! We cooked breakfast and lunch while we were there and walked to the closest restaurants for dinner. We also walked to the mini golf right across the street! Definitely recommend!

WONDERFUL
We stay at sterling reef yearly for fall break, this was our favorite host and condo to date. Condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and the host maintained contact. Thanks for a great trip!!

I very impressed with how clean everyone was everything you need is right at your fingertips. Great location, beach right outside your door, elevators are fast, the host is very pleasant and helpful. The checking in and out was so easy. I did a lot of searching before I booked. All of the reviews are correct! You will not be disappointed staying here. You’re family will be happy I assure you! What a great place to stay, well furnished, highly comfortable, exceptionally clean and a wonderful location. What a great view from the balcony with easy access to the beach and parking was a breeze. My 1st Trip to Florida
We loved our stay here. The property was perfect. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. I slept like a baby being right next to the beach, hearing the waves, which were like a perfect lullaby. The view was amazing. I couldn’t get over it. I think I took a thousand pictures. And waking up and being able to go down to the beach before breakfast for a little walk was priceless! We also enjoyed being able to play on the beach in the morning and then go up to the room for lunch and of course, a nap. The owners made sure we were happy and comfortable and made it all so easy. The attendants on the beach were also very helpful. It was just such a great vacation!

This was a great rental and was very impressed with the owners. I rate it 5 stars.
Love the location and property was clean and very well maintained. Room was great couldn't asked for more. Beach access was great only down fall was the chair rental guy was rude daily to my family. Love the beach it was clean and very lovely. Water was very clear and no seaweed. Iove to snorkel and the water was so much crystal clear and seen so many different kinds of fish stingrays. Dolphins were almost to the beach. I loved it. There were some issues with the elevators being slow. While we were in the pool someone from the 17th floor threw a water bottle and almost hit my niece in the head. That would have been very bad injury if it would have hit her. But overall I loved it. The property staff cleaned early every morning and organized the property. They were very helpful. Loved this property and the room and will definitely be back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. My husband and I found it to be very hard and difficult to sleep on. As you can see, I didn’t take any stars away, as we still really enjoyed the condo.

We stayed at Serenity By the Sea May 26-June 2, 2018. From the very start of the booking process, the Novak's were so very friendly and hospitable. They stayed in constant contact with me during booking process, prior to stay, during stay, and after we departed. It's so refreshing to meet people who are friendly to deal with and place emphasis on a family having a good time. The condo itself was beautiful and clean. The views were amazing and the moments we shared with our family were incredible. We are so ready to go back and we have only been gone for couple days. I would highly recommend this unit. The Novak's make it much more than just a rental of a unit, they make sure all details are covered to insure a great stay for your family.

Our Condo is less than 50 yards from the waters shore edge. It is grandfathered in as one of the closest to the actual beach that Panama City Beach has to offer. It is a wonderfully decorated and classy condominium to stay at. The condo has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, plus Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, and Sleeps 6 people, (8 with blow-up sleeping mattresses like King Koil, etc. at the Beautiful and Exclusive Sterling Reef Condominium and Beach Resor, diring on the Gulf.

There are only 124 units in the entire complex, so it limits the crowds. Also with the New Miller Pier that is directly next door...there are no other condominiums within 3/4 mile to our West. This keeps tourist traffic down for a nice, relaxing, unrushed, environment for our guests.
