Séjour au top!

L'appartement est très bien situé près du quartier Alfalfa; proche de tous les points d'intérêt du centre ville! L'appartement est très propre et joliment décoré; idéal pour 3 personnes! L'accueil de Beatriz est irréprochable : gentillesse, bons conseils pour visiter la ville et bien manger. Elle nous a même réservé un taxi en bas de l'immeuble pour notre départ! Nous recommandons l'adresse! ;-) Ne vous fiez pas aux photos de l'annonce, l'appartement est moderne et lumineux!

lovely apt conveniently located

This was such a nice apartment, well stocked, and perfectly located to access all the sights by foot. Beatriz was very friendly and helpful when we needed something and besides she is such a lovely person. We kissed goodbye on the cheeks as ladies in Spain do, and we do miss her and beautiful Seville. Thank you Beatriz for a great time in Seville.

Great Seville Location

The apartment was just as described; very clean and centrally located. Beatriz was very helpful; she met us with the keys and information we needed for the apartment and surrounding area. The apartment was well lighted and had a completely equipped kitchen. The market was just a few steps away. There was plenty of room for a couple. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung im Herzen Sevillas

Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten in Sevilla in einer Seitenstrasse im 2. Stock. Sie ist nett eingerichtet und hat alles Wichtige. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Doch selbst mit Kind (Kinderbett im Schlafzimmer) ließ es sich gut in der Wohnung wohnen. Die Vermieterin wohnt über der Wohhnung und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Eine sehr nette, empfehlenswerte kleine Ferienwohnung in Sevilla.

wonderful apartment, location and service

This apartment was wonderful. The pictures actually don't do it justice - unlike the professional photos that usually gloss over imperfections, the apartment is actually much nicer than one can see in the photo. The location is great - near alfalfa plaza and walking distance to everything. Despite being so central, the apartment is very quiet. And, most important, Beatriz is extremely accommodating and responsive.

Fewo: Modern, chic u bequem möbiliert. Küche komplett ausgestattet. Sehr sauber u gepflegt! Mit Fahrstuhl (2.E), WLAN, Kabel-TV (spanisch/englisch). Lage: Optimal - alle Ziele in der Altstadt im Umkreis von 1 km. Einkauf (Supermercado) um die Ecke, ebenso viele Bars/Restaurants. Betreuung: Herzliche und umfassende Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Unbedingte Empfehlung für alle Kulturinteressierten, Sevilla ist ein Juwel. Hinweis: Die Lage in der Altstadt bedingt einen erhöhten Geräuschpegel. Wer besonders lärmempfindlich ist, sollte außerhalb der Altstadt buchen. Bewertung deshalb gesplittet: für uns 5 *, sonst weniger.

Bellissimo!

La casa e' perfetta per un weekend in Cadiz! Molto bella e pulita. E' adatta per una coppia, non per famiglie. C'e' il parcheggio gratuito alla stazione dei treni. La padrona di casa e' molto disponibile

Appartamento molto carino, pulito , ed accogliente. Posizione strategica nel centro storico di Siviglia, sotto casa tutti i confort di ristoranti, bar ,supermarket, fioraio, macelleria ,gelateria....insomma tutto il necessario fuori e dentro l'appartamento!!!!La proprietaria molto gentile ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più confortevole, consiglio questo appartamento a coppie tanquille che vogliono godersi qualche giorno a Siviglia

Fantástica situación y muy agradable

El apartamento tiene una situación fantástica. Está en pleno centro histórico de Sevilla y se puede ir andando a todos los sitios de mayor interés. La zona muy agradable y se puede llegar en coche sin problemas (gran parte del Centro es peatonal o tiene calles muy estrechas). El apartamento es muy agradable, cuidado y con todo lo que uno necesita. La dueña fue muy amable y nos dejó información turística y planos que nos vinieron muy bien. Lo recomiendo a todo el que quiera disfrutar de Sevilla como lo hicimos nosotros.
