Never again
When we first got there it was horrible, no one sent me the email with the code to get in, I had to call for help and waited 15 minutes and I still wasn't told the code, the room with the bunk bed was too small for two people to fit, the room smelled of mould, the rug was filthy, dishes were dirty, and there was only one hand towel, the fridge only turned on at night and in the morning it switched off and was wet, the next day I asked the cleaning lady for more towels and she told me that she is certainly that she put towels on our beds before we came in last night and told us to look for them (there weren't any) then she came and gave us two but still didnt believe us and was arguing, and later when we asked about the code she told us it but right after shouted at me saying we should of got the email because everyone gets one and she shouldnt actually be telling us because we should have it in the email and we should check again, i got the adress the next day? But still no code. On the last day in the moring outside the window some kid was shouting outside and screaming at the parent at around 7:00 o’clock for about almost an hour, meaning we could hear everything even with the window “closed”. Overall the location was the only good thing.
