Great accommodation for groups
Great stay in the apartments, although the room was slightly small, i felt the photos shown on the website reflected this and overall the bed/sofa bed was comfy. Bathroom was lovely. We were just there for a few days and booked the night before arrival and the staff had prepared our room and parking permits for us.

Great serviced room / apartment experience. Everything we wanted & more provided!
Booked for a short leisure weekend and was very pleasantly surprised. Perfect for a simple, hassle free stay. All needs met. Parking permit arranged. Some nice little touches including a bottle of wine for our weekend stay and simple breakfast tray provided. Will book again.

Property was ok but dreadful communication
I messaged the owner through the vrbo website 3 days prior to the start of our rental and never got a response. The owner also does not pick up their phone. Apparently the email that had the details of how to get into the property was sent to me 3 times but I didn't receive anything (yes I checked my junk/spam). I have received vrbo's email so why wouldn't I get the emails regarding the booking? So, in order to be able to get the information we needed to get to and into the property we had a stressful couple of hours the night before setting off to Brighton trying online chat and calling only to get disconnected twice. Once in Brighton we called to ask about the bedding for the futon we were told it was "obvious" it would be in the drawer under the bed. If it was obvious we wouldn't have asked. Having not received any email I called the landlines and mobile to ask for the WiFi code and sent a message asking for it but this was not answered. I have never written a bad review for anywhere I have stayed and yes this place is relatively cheap compared to alot of places in Brighton but the service/communication were dreadful. Not only would I not recommend this property I would also not recommend booking through vrbo. Everything about the communication was much more difficult and poorer than it should have been.
