We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay with you comfortable

Comfortable bed, plenty of space in the room for us and our little dog, food very good with excellent service. My husband was delighted with the extra help you gave him to arrange for flowers on the table as it was a special birthday

Loved it

Lovely hotel rooms. Big comfy superking bed, and I liked that there was a decent arm chair with accompanying throw for the nights when you just can't sleep! Shower entrance was a bit fiddly to negotiate as a larger person but the actual shower was powerful and efficient. Might benefit from a non slip mat? Attention to decor and maintenance is clear. It was nice to have 2 outside chairs and a table allocated to each room.

So relaxing - with wonderful staff and food!

Our second time at the Kings Head - and we loved every minute of it. The staff are so warm and welcoming - nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic comfortable bed - had the best nights sleep ever. Breakfast is amazing - what a selection of cooked items! We also had dinner at the Kings Head on all 3 nights - superb food and excellent value. We will be coming again in September! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable - our two dogs loved it too!

Comfortable, dog friendly pub near Rye

A two day break to visit our daughter in Camber. This is our third visit to the Kings Head in Rye. We've always stayed in one of the cottage rooms which are good sized with very comfortable beds, and very convenient if you have a dog with you.

Comfort at affordable prices

The room was a good size with comfortable bed. Rather noisy because of the gravel car park. The ensuite is small but has a good size shower with a selection of toiletries but it was in need of some decoration and repairs to the boxed in pipes. There were a kettle with tea and coffee choices in room. We used the WI Fi which is free.

Comfy and Relaxing!

Booked at the last minute, we travelled to Rye after work, despite the terrible weather. Once at the King's Head, we were quickly and efficiently checked in and had a lovely room in one of the 'cottages'. We decided to eat in and booked a table by the bar. Food - when it arrived - was excellent! There was a glitch with the ordering system which meant that 3 pints down nothing had arrived. Fortunately, the manageress, Lisa, handled the situation in a friendly and generous manner. All was great!
