It was super!
The Stables are in a perfect location to explore the Lakes - we visited Kendal, Keswick and Grizdale Forest. The accommodation is well thought out, clean and cozy.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Lovely location, small than anticipated, no privacy
Small Than anticipated, walls between each stables paper thin so unsettled night due to neighbours. No hot/ warm water from shower even after leaving it for intervals. Restricted privacy. Area looks a lot bigger on photos on the advertisement
Stayed 2 nights in May 2022

The stables and barns provide a unique place to stay in the south Lakedistrict

We want to share the beauty of the lake district and all its charms which is why we converted our stables to give people a unique way to see the countryside.

Like camping you get to enjoy the great outdoors at its best, But with all the home comforts of a nice warm bed, seating area and shower.

We have created a unique, Quirky and Cosy stay which helps you enjoy the best the Lake District has to offer.
