The Romantic Cranborne Lodge features a wonderful King size bed, huge jet bath, hot tub, log burner, barbecue and much more!!
New Forest Lodges. We are a Dog friendly, self catering, luxury holiday destination. Situated on a working farm and enviably located in beautiful rural seclusion on the edge of the New Forest National Park.
A haven of peace and tranquility, this stunning cluster of lodges offers the perfect luxury escape.

Overlooking a series of private coarse fishing lakes, which guests are welcome to fish free of charge with their own gear or there's is a small hire fee for float rods, each of the fantastic lodges enjoys a sumptuous interior boasting contemporary features and its own verandah and hot tub – the ultimate way to relax, unwind and soak up the glorious natural surroundings.

We have a selection of Lodges sleeping from 2 -6 + Pets! Built to suit Couples, Families and groups of friends looking for a peaceful getaway. You will find yourself surrounded by nature and wildlife without having to sleep under canvas! All lodges include, fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms, Log Burner, Sky television, Outdoor Hot tubs and more!

We have an on-site shop with basic essentials and a lovely range of locally produced Beers, Ciders, Wines and more.
Wifi is available in and near the shop 24/7 but we do not have Wifi in the lodges. This gives guests a way to detach from the commotion of modern day life with the comfort of knowing the web is a stroll away if needed.

The charm and majesty of the woodlands, heathlands and coastline of the New Forest and Dorset afford exceptional walking and cycling. Alternatively, with the rural market towns of Ringwood and Fordingbridge close by, opportunities to explore the numerous delights of this enchanting area abound. Plenty of other attractions for all the Family are a short drive away - Moors Valleys Country Park, Peppa Pig World, Beaulie Motor Museum, Stone Henge, Wimborne Minster, Durdle Door, Monkey World, The Tank Museum to name just a few!

Are 4th stay great location
Stayed in cranborne Lodge this time nearer the top all good lodges Think this might be my favourite so far. Good base to visit several attractions around New forset would recommend a stay at new forset lodges.

We can’t wait to rebook the place again was lovely and was sad to be going home.
Everything was so lovely the lodge was amazing and the little extras the bread and cake were very tasty.😋 we loved the jacuzzi . The views and grounds were so pretty loved looking out the window every morning and seeing the ducks and birds. The owners were always helpful and friendly. Purchasing the breakfast things were very nice. Can’t wait to come back. Our dog loved his first holiday he enjoyed his walks around the lakes.

lovely peacefull relaxing accomadation and surroundings
Loved the no phone signal or Wifi. The lodge was lovely and roomy and the hot tub is a lovely thing to come home to when youve been out and about all day. Loved chilling on the electric reclining sofa and watching all the wildlife around the lodge. As an avid angler who books stays where there are lakes I was a little let down by the amount of Lilys and other excessive weed growth in most of the lakes. The long lake opposite our lodge(3) was ok but very hard work getting anything to feed.

Romantic, relaxing break away.
You wont be disappointed. relaxing stay. Lodge was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was an amazing way to start and end the days. We booked our stay for our 3rd wedding anniversary ❤️ it didn't disappoint. Was just what we needed as we live such busy and hectic lives. We left feeling so energised and felt like we had, had a lovely time away. Tom was great, kept us updated on things we needed to know and was so friendly. Thank you.

Wow, just wow
Walking into the lodge for the first time just gave that wow factor. The lodge was super clean with everything you could need for a break, including a welcome hamper(the lemon cake was amazing) We also added to breakfast pack to our stay and as with everything else it was of the highest quality.

My hubby and I stayed here for a lovely two nights and it was exactly what we were looking for. Our cabin was clean, had a nice fresh baked loaf of bread and raspberry loaf. We were far enough from cabins occasionally we could hear others, but not what their conversation entailed. It was perfect location for the things we wanted to see in the area, though we wish we had booked another night and they were all full (Valentine's and half break week) absolutely would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

We were overjoyed by the whole experience
We were very impressed with the little touches like a cake and bread ect waiting for us on arrival. The lodges themselves are stunning and have everything you need for a peaceful break. The hot tubs are amazing and there’s also a jacuzzi bath to help you relax. The location is so peaceful and it’s always nice to have a wonder around the lakes. You are always made to feel special when you visit and that’s what will bring us back year after year.

Gold Oak Farm has been owned by the Butler family for around 100 years now. In the old days it was a small fixed farm with all the work done with horses and manual labour.

The first tractor arrived on the farm in about 1950. Around that time the family started selling fresh milk door to door around the local villages. In 1986 the farm changed and became more people focused, the dairy buildings were converted into stables and the close fields are used for horses to graze on. The existing ponds were added and extended to form the basis of the day ticket coarse fishery. In 2008 the decision was taken to apply for planning permission to build luxury holiday log cabins around the lakes.

Construction of 4 Lodges started 2010 with our first guests visiting us in September 2011. We now have 10 spaced out luxury Lodges with a huge emphasis on rest and relaxation. We are very laid back hosts and will go out of our way to help you chill out. We continue to be and always will be a family business.
