Beyond Expectation
I have stayed in many Hotels and Guest Houses, Some well known with high star ratings in London, but none of them give as much guest comforts as this gem. Facilities in the room are comprehensive. (Fridge, Fan and Microwave in addition to the usual TV, kettle and mugs), All areas are clean, fresh, in prime condition and tasteful decoration with matching colour schemes. Beds are comfortable. The Owners have everything well organised and are friendly and helpful. I am convinced the best and most expensive Hotels in London could not compete with the facilities and service provided at The Lord Grey Hotel. Truly Beyond Expectation.
