Alba: Apartment on the seafront with views

This apartment for 5 people is for rent in L'Escala. It is 3 minutes (100m) walking to Las Barcas beach, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The Montgrí Natural Park is 2 km away, and the historic center of L'Escala is 100 m away.
The accommodation is spread over 2 floors and has two terraces.
The living/dining room has air conditioning, TV and WiFi.
The kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, has a Tassimo coffee maker and an American coffee maker, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and an oven.
This accommodation has three bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), a bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds of 90 cm) and a bedroom in the attic with a sofa bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning. All beds offer bed linen, duvets or blankets and pillows.
There is a bathroom in this accommodation, with a bath.
This accommodation has a hot and cold pump, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and parking for 1 car.
Tall vans and long cars DO NOT enter the parking lot.
Dogs are welcome and have a supplement of 10€/pet/night. A maximum of 2 dogs up to 10 kg is allowed.

Check-in: from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sundays, holidays or late check in: contact the agency. The place to collect the keys: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (300€) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: The tourist tax 2€/person/night (over 16 years old). Towels (11.90€ per reservation including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional paid services: pool towel, crib, highchair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check in after 20:00.
