Villa avec accès bord de mer

Villa de bord de mer avec accès quasi privatif vers une petite crique peu fréquentée. Le pavillon offre toutes les commodités. La literie est de bonne qualité. L'endroit était propre et bien entretenu. Manque peut-être une petite Bialetti pour le café du matin.. Pas moyen de trouver des capsules fonctionnant sur la machine Espresso mise à disposition. A noter que les commerces de proximites sont à une petite dizaine kilomètres.de distance.

Beautiful peaceful spot with great sea views

Absolutely amazing location with access to beautiful beach, fantastic sea views and able to watch the sun set every night. The walk to the beach is quite steep and needs more than flip flops but we'll worth it. We did struggle to identify which house we were in as the online photos were of both houses. House was very well equipped, but could have done with some more oven ware. Mauro the host was very accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. We have never stayed anywhere that was as clean as this accommodation. We loved Sicily and this villa and fully intend to return here as it is very quiet and private and good value for money.

au bout du monde

Super location sécurisé très propre avec 2 chambres ,une avec un grand lit et une avec 2 lits superposé et aussi un grand canapé. Serviettes et draps fournis en supplément ,vraiment tout confort avec climatisation dans une très belle maison en pierre naturelle et avec une baie vitré, difficile de trouver mieux rapport qualité/prix en SICILE. Agréable terrasse avec un barbecue à gaz très pratique ,avec vue sur mer à table et petite plage presque privé . Vous aurez le choix avec 5 plages à proximité toutes aussi magnifiques . A 30 minute de la vallée des temples et de AGRIGENTE, idéal pour découvrir la SICILE tout en ayant un pied à terre très confortable pour se reposer. Message pour le propriétaire: Manque pour un peu plus de confort si s'est possible un micro -onde et une cafetière européen familiale.Un grand merci pour ce séjour de 15 jours vraiment royal et pour votre bouteille de vos première vendange. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez vous si nous le pouvons a nouveau.

Face à la grande bleue

Un trés chouette séjour en famille au "grand" calme, face à la mer avec une très jolie crique en contre bas de la maison accessible à pieds par un chemin pentu. Bel endroit pour découvrir les environs dont Agrigente et sa vallée des temples.

Ein wunderbarer Ort voller Ruhe und Erholung

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in der Villa Giulia - absolute Privatsphäre -sehr sauber -die Küche war mit allem eingerichtet - Spülmaschine -Waschmaschine - überdachte Terrasse die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Straße gut zu fahren- Auto erforderlich.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt

Absolute Erholung

Herrliches Haus am Berg mit dem schönsten Blick auf das Meer. Nicht leicht zu finden, wir haben uns bei der Ankunft sehr verfahren und könnten dann mit Hilfe von Jugendlichen in Realmonte mitten in der Nacht kurz mit dem Mann von Sonia reden, der uns dort abholte und zum Haus brachte. Ein Navigationssystem allein genügt nicht, besser ist google maps. Leider waren meine Akkus - Handy und iPad - fast leer und wir konnten nicht darauf zurückgreifen. Sehr nette Gastgeber und sehr zu empfehlen, ach so, guter Autofahrer sollte man sein.

Posto meraviglioso

Location tranquilla e riservata con vista mozzafiato sul mare, proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, meglio non si può trovare. Posso suggerire di specificare che la discesa e soprattutto la risalita dal mare è abbastanza impegnativa?!

Empfehlenswerter Ort

Wenn man schließlich den Ferienort entdeckt hat, will man so schnell nicht wieder weg. Ein echter Glücksfall: Frühstück etc. auf der Terrasse mit ungestörtem Blick aufs Meer in gemessener Entfernung. Freundliche Vermieter direkt nebenan und himmlische Ruhe. Weg zum Strand erfordert ein wenig Kondition, der Strand wiederum entschädigt durch weichen Sand, sauberes Wasser und eine einzigartige Kulisse. W-lan ok. Nur zum Mobil- telefonieren muß man auf den Berg steigen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Toller Blick - tolle Terrasse - tolle Gastgeber

Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche in der Villa Guilia verbracht. Sehr zuvorkommende liebe Besitzer die Gemüse, Olivenöl und Wein zum Probieren zur Verfügung stellen. Gut ausgestattet mit Bettzeug, Handtüchern, Föhn, Duschutensilien. Quasi Privatstrand, man sollte jedoch gut zu Fuß sein da steiler An-/Abstieg. Lohnt sich aber. Auto erforderlich, aber alles in der Nähe vorhanden. Uns hat es supergut für eine Woche gefallen.

Ruhiges Haus mit unglaublich schönem Ausblick

Wir wurden von Tomaso am Ortseingang von Siculiana empfangen und von dort aus mit dem Auto zum Haus begleitet. Der Weg führt einen sehr steilen Hang hinauf, unser Mietwagen war mit seinen 60PS am Rande seiner Kräfte - im ersten Gang ließ sich der steilste Abschnitt dennoch bewältigen. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb zwischen Siculiana und Realmonte in einem ruhigen Areal direkt am Meer. Die Villa Giulia ist das oberste Haus und liegt ein ganzes Stück hinter den anderen Häusern. Sie bietet daher viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre und außerdem einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Dieser kann von der Terrasse, aus der Küche heraus und sogar vom Bett (bodentiefe Fenster) aus genossen werden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist schlicht und modern, hauptsächlich in weiß gehalten. Es gibt in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage und einen Flachbildfernseher (deutsche Kanäle: ARD und ZDF). Das WLAN ist nicht das schnellste, reicht für den Urlaub aber absolut aus. Es gibt einen Gasherd mit Backofen, eine Spülmaschine und einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Besteck und Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden, nur ein scharfes Messer zum Schneiden von Gemüse hat uns gefehlt. Leider gab es keine Spültücher, Spültabs, Spüli oder Seife. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Obwohl es eine Waschmaschine gibt, bat Tomaso uns an, ihm bei WhatsApp zu schreiben, wenn wir neue Handtücher brauchen. Außerdem bekamen wir Wein, Olivenöl und Tomatensauce, die seine Familie selbst herstellt. Es gibt einige sehr schöne (und im September sehr ruhige) Strände in der Nähe. Zur Scala dei Turchi fährt man etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto und auch ein Abstecher in die andere Richtung nach Siculiana Marina ist empfehlenswert. Zwar gibt es auch einen kleinen, fast privaten Strand vor dem Haus, der sehr steile Weg von der Villa Giulia aus ist zu Fuß bei hohen Temperaturen jedoch sehr anstrengend. Es gibt einige gute Restaurants und auch Supermärkte in der Nähe, hierfür braucht man jedoch unbedingt ein Auto. Ein gutes Restaurant mit Meerblick haben wir leider vergeblich gesucht. Fazit: Wer Trubel meiden und in Ruhe das Meer und schöne Strände genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Tomaso war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Paradisaque

Franchement si vous avez une réservation à faire en Sicile c'est celle-là. Propre, tout confort (clim/wifi/cuisine fonctionnelle/barbecue/douche extérieure...), une maison entière pour vous avec terrasse. Mais surtout le site est exceptionnel car vous avez une vue imprenable sur la mer. La colline sur laquelle sont situées les maisons de sonia (nous avions la plus haute) permet en effet ce luxe incroyable avec en plus un accès à une plage privée aux eaux translucides. Rajoutez le calme et la gentillesse de la famille de sonia toujours disponible en cas de nécessité. La petite villede siciliana est à 5 mn en voiture avec tous commerces. La location est en plus très bien située pour visiter la région dont Agrigente. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Parfait pour famille avec ou sans enfants et pour groupes d'amis. Bref on recommande chaudement. Pour conclure on avait prévu 3 jours, on a réussi à y rester 4 mais on a regretté de ne pas avoir réservé 15 jours. eric
