Nice apartment with bad deal

First shocked when I arrived The building there is no elevator and they give me apartment in the fifth floor and nobody helps me with bags or anything when I ask about the elevator, the manager of the company ignore me and if I ask about anything else he answer but without help They write a bar on the wall near the elevator that it will fixed in middle of my vacation, but truthfully is not. I am now in the airport and the elevator is not fixed in all of one month there. The apartment as well it was so good, but the manager and his company it’s so bad and unhelpful. in my checkout I asked for Calling taxi actually they sent for me how to call a taxi after I do my boarding in the airport.
