Saldanha Apartments are located at Rua Actor Taborda, 39, in Saldanha neighbourhood, in the same block as Double Tree by Hilton Hotel.
- Saldanha is one of the finest areas in Lisbon. It is a trendy neighbourhood, a lovely gem in the heart of Lisbon, that has maintained its authenticity: many well-maintained old buildings add the charming atmosphere and go together with modern ones. This is a cool and vibrant area with restaurants, shopping, entertainment, history, culture and business. There are several car parks nearby and street paid parking.
You have quick and easy access to the touristic places to visit or to Lisbon business area. Just some meters from the subway station (yellow and red lines). 10 minutes subway ride to the city’s historical centre. Less than 3 km from Bairro Alto nightlife and Chiado shopping.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee
