Absolutely crap

Was not told it was going to be on a building site.self catering with resident kitchen... Nothing no kitchen no lounge balcony overlooked bins kitchen and chiller going all night.. Radiator that wouldn't turn off... No one on site to help with our problems supposed to be premium rooms £120.00 per night what a rip off for pensioners. That struggle to save up for 2 nights away and left in tears
