City Haven Preston - The Snug - a quiet cosy gem

The Snug is a little gem of an apartment and a perfect place to relax after a busy day. One of four boutique apartments at City Haven Preston, it is a bright, warm cosy and quiet space, suitable for the business traveller, a student at UCLAN or a couple who needs to be within 5-10 minutes walking distance to the city centre, train station or university.

Set on the first floor with views of the surrounding buildings and courtyard below, this lovely apartment has a compact bedroom with a double bed and is fully kitted out with everything you would need for daily living.

The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything for you to make a quick or more elaborate meal and comes complete with cooker, oven, fridge and small freezer compartment, toaster, microwave and washer-dryer for your daily laundry needs. There is a large storage cupboard to hang your clothes up and put your suitcase away. The WiFi is free and fast and the bed is super comfortable. We have even provided free Netflix so you can relax with your favourite movie or catch up program.
City Haven has 4 beautifully stylish and comfortable one and two bedroom apartments set in a converted Victorian town house with high ceilings and large windows in Preston's central Fishergate Hill Conservation area. A little gem of a place centrally located yet tucked quietly away from the hustle bustle of the city centre with all it’s amenities, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants only a stone’s throw away. A home away from home experience for guests wanting more than just a hotel room with private laundry and cooking facilities.

Our modern apartments are bright and airy and have been carefully thought out to make your stay as comfortable and feel as much like home as possible. Kitchens come fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a quick or more elaborate meal. We provide complimentary tea and coffee as part of our welcome, premium organic toiletries and there is a washer dryer (including detergent) for your laundry needs. All our beds have luxury pocket sprung mattresses for a really good night’s sleep and our guests also enjoy free high speed WiFi to stream and watch movies and catch up programs on our 43inch smart TVs.

For longer stays of two weeks or more we provide complimentary weekly housekeeping with fresh bedding and towels and the services of a dedicated guest manager.

There is free street parking directly outside the property on a first come first served basis if you are travelling by car or if coming by train, Preston Railway Station is just an easy 5 minutes walk on the flat along Fishergate Hill. The university, UCLAN, is 10 minutes by foot.
