Excelente apartamento ubicado a unos pocos metros de la Parte Vieja de San Sebastian. Cuenta con 2 habitaciones, ambas con cama de matrimonio de 150 cms de anchura, 1 baño con plato de ducha, cocina totalmente equipada y un amplio salón comedor con vistas a la Plaza Zuloaga.
Justo delante del museo San Telmo, el apartamento Arraun destaca por su luminosidad e inmejorable ubicación ya que es una zona muy tranquila pero a su vez, a tan solo 1 minuto andando de la Parte Vieja. Además, tanto la playa de la Concha, como la de la Zurriola se encuentran a tan solo 10 minutos andando.
