This cabin was great for us. We loved that everyone had a private space and also gathering spaces. It was secluded and quiet neighborhood, but so close to all the attractions. We enjoyed the hot tub too! Would love to come back. Note: it was 1st of April so no pool bands were in the cabin. That would be a great amenity in warmer weather.
We enjoyed our visit very much. The cabin was very clean but needs a few more dish towels. The hot tub would have been used more if it were on the lower level. Our older family members could not walk up that many stairs to get to it. Over all everything was great and everyone had a great time.
We had a great time. But these are something’s that need to be checked. Pots had burnt on food. Floors needed cleaning. Bathroom upstairs had and odor. Front porch needs cleaning. The foldout couch’s had stains on the mattresses.
This property was clean and accommodating for our family. It was centrally located to the sites and attractions. Management was quick in answering any questions or concerns that we had.
We had a great time at this cute little cabin in Pigeon Forge. Everything was to our expectations except the heat, which is the reason for the 4 star overall rating. We called about the upstairs heat not working and someone came out and fixed it but the very next day it was messed up again. We almost froze!
Everything was excellent the directions could have been more clear but other than that it was great!

Great location.
Very nice stay. Wish there was a dvr downstairs, as not everyone could climb stairs. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Beds were comfortable but tall.

Cabin is great!
My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) had a wonderful time staying at this cabin for our Spring Break / Easter Weekend. The cabin is in a good spot - very close to Pkwy in Pigeon Forge and not at all far up the mountain. This cabin can easily sleep 10. There's 4 queen beds and 2 full size sleeper sofas. We travel to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg every year. It was a great trip with a great cabin. Only downfalls: Not secluded whatsoever and Eagles Ridge Management charges tons of additional fees compared to other management companies. After a service fee, cleaning fee, hot tub fee, processing fee, this and that fees, you've paid just about the same as rent for 1 night and you still get to clean up upon departure! The hot tub was cold upon arrival. I called Management and was told that it takes about 6-8 hours to heat because it's emptied and cleaned between. stays. That's great! But why charge a Hot Tub Fee when it's not ready to use the 1st day and night? The hot tub wasn't ready until Day 2. I loved the cabin but will not use Eagles Ridge Management in the future.
