Birthday Celebration
I met all three of my sons and my daughter-in-laws to celebrate my 60th birthday. Everyone came from different states. Some arrived before I did. Some drove and some flew. There was ample space for the whole family I would suggest LED light bulbs in the kitxhen area. There needs to be something better for the trash. They put rocks on top of the lids. The critters came and tore up the trash.
Great place to stay, beds need new mattresses — killed our backs. Garbage cans need to be secured better and floors needed mopping..great customer service from everyone.
Location was great, cabin was great except the bed on the second floor was horrible. It was very low on one side and high on the other, and it squeaked badly. Other than that it was great. Would definitely stay again
The cabin was very spacious. Excellent location, close to everything! The furniture could be updated and the refrigerator didnt work well. The Hot Tub didnt get very hot, but all in all, we would chioose to stay in the cabin again.
It was very roomy and love the location had a nice place I could walk. The floors could’ve a little cleaner have a child that has a weak immune system so had to wipe down things but other than that I would stay again.
This very large and spacious cabin was great for our group of friends. It was nice to enjoy meals around the large dining table and play games, including Foosball and pool. It was also very nice to have 5 full, private bedrooms. That being said, there were several minor inconveniences/cons to this cabin. The condition of the grill was bad, burners were rusted and falling apart. The kitchen refrigerator barely worked, took quite a while to even cool and the lower level mini fridge did not work. The pool table upstairs had a pocket that kept dropping the balls out and there was also a missing goal catch on the Foosball table, also the ball would fall on the floor on one side. I would recommend updates/repairs to the entertainment package that comes along with this cabin , including the tvs. I would choose this cabin everytime following said updates/fixes.
Plumbing was horrible, toilets wouldn’t flush and showers wouldn’t drain, not enough towels or wash cloths for even the first showers, we have stayed here before and it was much better last time. Great location and nice set up
This was our second time staying here . We came here for a weekend vacation with family. Plenty of space . The pool table was a hit. Would definitely recommend this place
The cabin was perfect for our family gathering. Each family unit had their own bedroom and bathroom. We were close to all the restaurants and entertainment in Pigeon Forge. Lighting in the kitchen area needs to be improved. The house also needs more dish towels/rags.
Location was great, we was like 2 min to town. Cabin was not clean, beds was terrible, no supplies such as toilet paper or paper towels to accommodate 9 people. Outside trash cans were full and trash on the ground. Bed linens seemed worn. Beds very uncomfortable and noisy.
Our stay was nothing less than enjoyable. There were 10 guests ages 17-75 and a 10 month old. The third floor was perfect for the older couple holding the kitchen, den, bathroom and access to the parked cars without having to use stairs. Having a lounge /den area on each level was nice for everyone to have some “me time” if desired. The younger guys loved the game room with t the pool table and foosball game. While we we didn’t technically have an “ideal Mountain View” the location was perfect for us… no winding up and down on narrow roads when we ventured out daily and super convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg parkway! The only suggestion I have would be several extra thick blankets available on site, especially during the winter months. We cooked several meals and the cabin is stocked with just about every pot/pan colander and utensils you could possibly think of. We loved our visit!
The cabin is very nice, clean and spacious! The only downside was there is construction going on right in front of the cabin. Which was noisy and the location really doesn’t have any good views.
The cabin was beautiful, clean and spacious. We had some minor maintenance problems that was handled promptly. What I didn't like was assess to handicap on lower floor. The stairs were to high for her to climb, it would be nice to have a stair lift to help get to upper floors. The dining area was on upper level and some days she was unable to eat with the group.
Cabin was amazing! Plenty of room and a great location.

Loved the cabin, very spacious and we loved everyone having their own bathroom. Very close to everything. The only downside was the WiFi was terrible.
