This is a beautiful cabin! Very nice and had plenty of room for my family of 6. Had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend this cabin!
First of all, the customer service is FANTASTIC. Upon arrival at the cabin we could not get the TV to come on in the living room. We called the customer service number and someone called us back within a couple of minutes. They offered to come out right then to fix our issue. We opted to go to the grocery first and then have someone come out. When we arrived back at the cabin, we called the customer service again and they sent someone out to fix (somewhere around 8:00 at night). The service guy was very courteous and polite and very easy to deal with. Their customer service is fantastic!
The cabin was okay. I wouldn't not go if this was my only choice but it wouldn't be my first choice. The TVs in the bedrooms aren't as big as most people's computer monitor. The kitchen is stocked on an okay spectrum. There is nothing elaborate but also nothing just horrible either.
House was clean and had everything we needed, except the wine bottle opener was broke, but not a biggie to replace. Hot tub and mountain views were wonderful! WiFi was strong. House is located in a small, quiet neighborhood without much traffic.
My husband and I took our children and our mother in law everything was so beautiful and clean. Our only concerns was the boards under the hot tub like a little old and warped from the water and we wish I had a better view of the mountains but other than that it was beautiful and such a nice little cabin to stay at
One of my elderly mothers bucket wishes was to go to the smokies Mountains so my husband and I saved and saved to make it happen for her. (She’s 78 / Stroke victim) with COVID we needed to be safe as possible so this cabin was the Perfect answer. We all gathered with momma and enjoyed the time together. Momma kept saying “It’s so Beautiful!” The cabin was perfect, I was able to get her in and out with her wheelchair and she was able to make it into the bathroom with her walker.

Bear Hugs disappointed
The water pressure in both showers are unacceptable . The mattresses need updated as well as the furnishings. The linens are also in need of updates

Clean, Relaxing, Wonderful place to stay
Really enjoyed this Cabin.
Its a bit of a drive (25 to 30 Minutes I think) to get to Pigeon Forge from the cabin.
But We honestly enjoyed staying that far way from the action.
Really well cleaned., nice furniture, the pictures don't do it justice.
We enjoy trying new places, but I would definitely stay in this cabin again.

Beautiful cabin! Very clean and well kept. Within 20 min to area attractions.
We had a great time here. We shopped in Pigeon Forge, went to Dollywood, The Island, and we loved playing pool at the cabin. We love TN.

Great location, but weak WIFI
The location, view, quality, and surroundings were amazing. Sadly, the WIFI was weak and cut out the last couple of days. This was needed as we were working while at the cabin. I had to spend 2 days at Starbucks to work away from the cabin. Takes away from fully experiencing all that is offered.
