This fantastic villa is located by the sea, in a privileged and very quiet area. Located on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca and just 5 minutes away from the charming fishing town of Moraira, famous for its spectacular sandy beaches with crystal clear waters.
Its strategic position allows you to enjoy marvellous views of both the sea and the rock of Ifach´s, situated in a Natural Park. Within a few steps, you´ll be ready to dive into the Mediterranean as there are stairs leading you from the house DIRECTLY ONTO THE BEACH. Its quiet bay is ideal for diving due to the large variety of wildlife.

The property is modern and exquisitely designed. It was built in 2012 and is one of the best-designed villas in the area. It has spacious terraces filled with numerous plants and trees, ideal for a family lunch or dinner while enjoying the views and letting a pleasant breeze embrace you. The rooms are very spacious and bright and communicate directly with the garden and pool. The house has air conditioning and heating in all rooms, WIFI internet access, stereo, plasma TV etc... The entire property has large sliding doors and windows which slide completely into the walls as you open them and thus manage to combine indoor and outdoor spaces, achieving a high amplitude and natural light.

The clay tiles in contrast with modern furniture and antique designs, give this modern villa great warmth and comfort.

Une villa très agréable à vivre
Nous avons adoré son Architecture et son concept intérieur et extérieur : pour nous la maison a été superbement pensée Cette maison est vraiment agréable à vivre car les espaces intérieurs sont grands et les différents niveaux et nombreux escaliers créent des espaces différents (toutefois cela ne peut pas convenir aux jeunes enfants) Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin avec ses différentes terrasses et coins Ombragés par la végétation Pour l’emplacement l’accès à la mer est génial mais attention a la proximité du restaurant avec sa musique permanente : pas de silence La maison ne ferme pas correctement : il faut vérifier et régler les ouvertures Les murs ne sont pas propres il faudrait tout repeindre Pour la cuisine il faudrait changer les verres et compléter la vaisselle avec des saladiers, couteau qui coupent, remplacer les petits appareils électriques car aucun ne fonctionnent : presse agrumes, hachoir… Et surtout mettre une cafetière qui fait du bon café : Nespresso …. Nous aimerions retourner dans cette villa mais par rapport au prix entre le bruit permanent du restaurant, ces petits défauts et la maison qui ne peut être bien fermée … c’est un peu cher

Spacious, unusual house close to the sea!
Liked the design of the house, spacious and bright and clean, close to sea with good parking, easy access to stony beach and ecological walk. Great outdoor seating areas. Plenty of good bars & restaurants close by. House was very cold on first 2 nights. Need more towelstowel change mid week. Provisions minimal - no salt, pepper, oil etc. Need Instruction manual for heating, air con, cooker, washing machine etc. Need Information on rubbish and recycling. Dangerous exit & not a safe walk to shops etc.

Spacious, comfortable, with a large comfortable swimming pool, close to the sea, beautifully situated villa. Unfortunately a bit neglected. Shabby furniture, broken pool lighting, insufficient air conditioning in the living room. But the worst is the check out system. The staff do not check the condition of the house in your presence only after you leave. The result - I had to pay for damages I didn't cause.

Unas estupendas vacaciones
Me ha gustado TODO, la casa muy cómoda y muy bien acondicionada, la piscina estupenda, y la atención excelente. El único fallo, la televisión, no funcionaba en uno de los salones y el portero automático tampoco, detalles mínimos que se podían haber solucionado, en resumen, volvería el año próximo si estuviera disponible. La televisión del salón de bajo y el portero automático, lo demás excelente.

Grosszügiges Raumangebot mit einem tollen Pool. Stilvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Von jedem Schlafzimmer aus direkten Zugang zum Pool, interessante Architektur. Sehr gute Betten! Durch die Nähe zu einem Bach leider auch Mücken.
