This new Villa is located near a famous tourist resort In Zaton, Croatia with a rich offer of various entertainment facilities for children and adults. Spend a relaxing holiday in Zaton with sandy and pebble beaches. The interior of the house is tastefully and functionally decorated. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms - one bedrooms has a double bed, second bedroom has a twin bed which you can turn into double bed and a third one has a two single beds. There is also a spacious and modern living room with a double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. In the basement is a gym and laundry, and the outside of the house you can enjoy in a beautiful furnished terrace, barbecue and a large pool where you can refresh yourself during hot summer days. Prepare your favorite dishes on the grill while your children have fun in the pool.
