Il mare a settembre

L'appartamento non è grande ma per due persone va benissimo, c'è anche un letto a castello per 2 bambini. Si può mangiare fuori. Insomma c è tutto l'indispensabile.

Très, Très, bon séjour dans cette location.

Appartement neuf, tout confort, très bien situé, facile d’accès, avec parking privé, mais on peut se garer dans la rue à quelques mètres. Le gérant et la personne qui nous accueille sont très prévenants dévoués et efficaces. Nous avons passé grâce à tout cela et à cette île de Très bonnes vacances.

Very friendly owner and very clean, could not be better

We stayed only 3 nights and we could contact the owner at any time and he would reply almost immediately, the communication was very convenient via SMS. When we arrived at the apartment everything smelled fresh and recently cleaned. Everything was explained to us in detail. The furniture is compared to other apartments very new. The uncomplicated communication, friendliness of the owners and the cleanliness of the apartment (which in my experience is really not always the case in itlian flats) impressed me the most. It could not have been better and we look forward to coming here again. A very big thanks, Gianni, Maurizio and your wife! We look forward to meeting you again!

Appartamento situato nella parte alta è più nuova del paese di Orosei. La casa è piccola ma dotata di tutti i confort, la cucina nuova è fornita di tutti gli utensili per cucinare compresa la lavastoviglie. I posti letto sono 4 più un divano letto, ma direi che è più adatta ad una coppia o una famiglia di tre persone. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e gentile. Consigliato

Appartamento in zona tranquilla dotato di tutti i comfort necessari a partire dagli elettrodomestici(lavatrice lavastoviglie e aria condizionata )perfettamente funzionanti fino ad arrivare al terrazzino esterno in cui si può consumare pasti.tutto perfetto tranne la distanza dal mare a cui per arrivare serve auto.

Bellissima vacanza ad Orosei

Ho soggiornato dal 28 agosto al 10 settembre 2016 nell'appartamento Anita di proprietà del signor Gianni Cioni. Ottimo appartamento nuovo e ottimamente arredato. Locato in una bellissima posizione tranquilla. L'appartamento è ben accessoriato con stoviglie e tegami praticamente nuovi. È provvisto di lavastoviglie, lavatrice ed ha l'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Sinceramente al di sopra delle mie aspettative. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ringrazio il signor Cioni che mi ha permesso di trascorrere una bellissima vacanza. Consigliatissimo!!!! Maria Teresa da Ferrara

"Il propietario dell''appartamento è una persona molto gentile, la comunicazione e'' stata molto bella e piacevole. Le stanze sono pulite e abbastanza grandi, con una bellissima vista delle vicine montagne. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo e'' stato eccellente. All''inizio è stato difficile trovare il posto, ma la cosa importante e che ci è piaciuto molto il nostro soggiorno. The owner of the property is a very nice person, the communication was very nice and pleasant. Rooms are clean and quite big, with a wonderful view of the nearby mountains. The quality versus pice was excellent. At the beginning was hard to find the place but all in all we really enjoyed our stay."

"L''alloggio è nuovo e arredato molto bene. La cucina è ben attrezzata, e anche le altre stanze, per esser proprio pignoli le uniche cose che mancano sono qualche mobiletto/scaffale di appoggio nei bagni e in salotto. Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e molto attenta al benessere dei vacanzieri. La località è molto tranquilla e un pò isolata, per muoversi è richiesta l''auto propria: però in 15 minuti di macchina si raggiungono ogni giorno delle spiagge fantastiche...io ci ritornerei molto volentieri."

Le spiagge li vicino sono molto belle. L''accesso al paese di Orosei necessita però dell''utilizzo della macchina perchè si trova un pò in collina. Lo consiglio per una vacanza rilassante."
