Massima attenzione per il cliente
La nostra esperienza a Casal degli Olmi è stata ottima. Già la comunicazione precedente alla nostra partenza è stata attenta e precisa. La proprietà è situata in posizione ottimale sia per le spiagge che come base di partenza per gite in zona. La struttura, ristrutturata da poco, è risultata essere pulita e accogliente. Voto massimo. Consigliatissimo !!!

Wie immer, ein toller Urlaub!
Wir waren in den letzten sechs Jahren nun aktuell bereits das vierte Mal da und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Sobald man auf dem Areal ist, vergisst man die Lage/Umgebung aussen. Je nach Windlage rauscht die Autobahn etwas, hat uns aber nie gestört. Wifi funktioniert prima, Areal und Pool hervorragend gepflegt, Wohnung gut eingerichtet und gepflegt. Auch kann einer der gemauerten Grills genutzt werden, die Kohle bekommt man bei Signora Carla. Alle sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Mirco unterstützt auf Englisch :-) Eine Flasche leckeren Wein aus der Gegend zum Empfang. Zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der näheren/weiteren Umgebung. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Zum Strand (Auto nötig) in z.B. Cesano ist es nicht weit, dort kann man auf Wunsch Liegen und Schirm mieten, muss man aber nicht. Es gibt hier auch Bademeister. Toller Supermarkt in der Nähe (Coop). Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Vacanze 2016
Girovagando ogni estate per le Marche, quest'anno abbiamo deciso di passare la vacanza estiva in questo bel posto. La mia famiglia è composta da 5 persone, io e mia moglie più tre figli di 17 - 13 - 13 anni. Il casale è situato a 2 km dal mare, tra campi e zone artigianali peraltro assolutamente non rumorose. Il residence è stato ristrutturato recentemente seguendo le caratteristiche originali, mantenendo le caratteristiche delle case di un tempo. Coppi, travi a vista e pavimenti in cotto la fanno da padroni. Appartamenti ampi e luminosi. Pulitissimi sia gli alloggi che le parti comuni esterne. Sempre ben tenuto il giardino compresa la bella piscina. Spazio per poter fare il barbecue e locale lavatrice e stendini comodi. Ampio parcheggio e gran bel portico arredato con tavoli e sedie per poter mangiare dopo giornata passata al mare. Personale sempre disponibile e attento al fabbisogno dei clienti. Ultima ma non meno importante cosa è l'ubicazione. Per il passatempo serale molto belle e vicine Senigallia, Fano, Pesaro e Riccione. Concludendo, un posto vivamente consigliato per passare una bella vacanza con la famiglia.

Ottima struttura !
Struttura molto bella, ampi spazi verdi in totale relax, appartamenti arredati con molta cura e spaziosi , la consiglio assolutamente ! Unico neo la strada per raggiungere la spiaggia di Marotta o Senigallia non comodissima per bici o a piedi, quindi bisogna utilizzare la macchina.

Struttura molto curata
Famiglia italiana di 4 persone alloggiati per una settimana La struttura originariamente era un casale rurale che è poi stato profondamente ristrutturato dando origine ad un grande edificio curato nei dettagli. Gli appartamenti sono ben arredati, il bagno e le camere sono spaziose così come la zona giorno/cucina. Il grande giardino è molto curato e la bella piscina è ben tenuta e ben completa gli esterni. Consigliamo vivamente la permanenza. Unico consiglio ai proprietari molto gentili e attenti di aggiungere un appoggio in ogni camera e dotare la cucina degli accessori di pulizia necessari x utilizzo quotidiano.

Mooi appartement, maar een slechte locatie!
De accommodatie is prima verzorgd en de ontvangst is ook goed. De appartementen op de bovenverdieping zijn in 2014 in gebruik genomen en op de begane grond is men nog bezig deze gereed te maken. Tijdens onze vakantie waren de luiken op de begane grond gesloten, dus wij hebben hier geen last van gehad. Qua ligging is de accommodatie echter verschrikkelijk. Naast het terrein ligt een grote bouwplaats/fabriek (zie google maps) en ons was verteld dat deze niet meer in gebruik zou zijn. Het tegendeel is echter waar. Overdag werd er gereden met een bulldozer en een aantal vrachtwagens. Op dit terrein staat ook een soort fabriek (filteren van stenen/zand) die op dat moment ook werd aangezet. Hierdoor hoorde je niet alleen de bulldozer, maar daarnaast ook de fabriek. Op een avond rond 22:30 uur werd er ook gewerkt met dezelfde geluiden... Dus, samengevat een mooie locatie met een mooi omheind terrein maar met een foute ligging. De klacht die we hebben ingediend is door de eigenaren niet serieus genomen/opgepakt.

Molto bella la struttura, finemente ristrutturata
Tutto bello, il casolare ben ristrutturato ed i proprietari bravissime persone (attente). La spiaggia, a 5 min., di Marotta è sabbia e ciottoli, Se preferite la sabbia finissima, a solo 8 km c'è Senigallia dove si trova un mare bello e una infinità di lidi attrezzati. Ci sono bellissimi borghi medioevali nelle vicinanze che nelle settimane centrali di agosto fanno feste ben organizzate, noi siamo stati a Mondavio ed Urbino. Siete poi a solo 40 min da Riccione per vedere parchi acquatici, a 45 min dal monte Conero e Numana. Per quanto riguarda il cibo fatevi consigliare anche da loro, conoscono diversi ristorantini buoni vicini di carne o pesce mediamente sui 30 €.

Ho passato un periodo di meraviglioso relax in questo casale accogliente, attrezzato e curato con grande attenzione. La qualità del servizio è garantita dagli efficentissimi gestori (un grazie particolare alla gentilissima e paziente Tania): adulti e bambini qui possono trovare un luogo ideale per i propri passatempi, immersi nel bel paesaggio marchigiano. La posizione è ideale per raggiungere molte mete interessanti per tutti i gusti: gastronomia, sport, arte, mare, ..... La piscina è super (le mie figlie se la sono proprio goduta), pulitissima e in una posizione ideale. Amo le Marche e qui le ho potute apprezzare per l'ennesima volta ma in modo speciale.
