Un' oasi di pace...
Abbiamo soggiornato nel villino Orchidea le due settimane centrali di agosto, la struttura e' bellissima e ben attrezzata, proprietari discreti e disponibili, il mare e' vicino e raggiungibile velocemente, negozi e centro commerciale nelle vicinanze. La zona e' tranquilla ma in poco tempo si raggiungono Senigallia, Fano e diversi borghi medievali come Mondavio e Corinaldo. Da ritornare sicuramente....

Fantastisk.
Alle billeder levede op til den virkelige verden. Meget venlig og imødekommende ejer og personale. Stor lejlighed, ren og pæn, meget veludstyret køkken. Dejlig pool. Plads til børn, dejlige grønne arealer. Selve området byder på spændende restauranter og skønne strande. Selve huset ligger i et landbrugsområde så der kan forekomme lidt støj. Absolut et besøg værd.

Otima secelta!
Ottima struttura,curata nei minimi particolari.Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella depandace di fronte alla piscina, che pur non essendo molto grande ,si è rilevata un ottima scelta ; con 2 bimbe piccole è stato possibile godere di momenti di relax seduti sotto il portico o controllarle quando erano in acqua. Unica nota negativa, si fa per dire la distanza al mare,1 km che non richiede spostamenti in auto in quanto bisogna attraversare una super strada. Centro commerciale con negozi a poca distanza.

Very Very Very pleasant stay!!
In one word a super!! First thing which we noticed arriving at Casal Degli Olmi is the way everything is kept, gras well cut, no dirt, nice clean appartment etc. We stayed here for two weeks and we had a great stay. Casal Degli Olmi is a small scale appartmentcomplex which really is good when you have small childeren. Because of the small scale you can (if you want) meet and speak other residents very easy. Every family has his own tabel to eat and have a drink under the roof outside which gives cosy athmosphere. During the week we got to see that everyday the grounds are very well kept and taking care off. The pool is fenced, so childeren who can´t swim can stay out after closing hours. The appartment we had was very clean and had every necessary inventory. Shops and villages are close but you need the car to go there. Supermarkt / Sea are 5 min drive of appartment. We have only one point of attention. Although there aren´t as many mosquitoes as in Garda-lake we recommend that you either place airco in the appartment or place mosquitoes-screens on the windows. Our compliments to Fabio and his crew, keep up the good work!!! Again thanks for a great stay!!!

Great week!
Beautiful and clean location; well maintained. Very nice welcome by Fabio (incl. the wine). The complete complex was kept clean every day (including the swimming pool). The playground for the kids was also very nice and the free use of the laundry machine was very much appreciated.

Casal degli Olmi
We had a great time in the Casal degli Olimi! It's a very clean and quiet house with a large park to play, a clean pool and a well equiped appartment - everything you need to enjoy yourself. It's well located to discover the nice surroundings with the breathtaking vistas in Urbino, Ancona, Fano, Perugia etc. as well as the sea in front of you.

Wunderschön und ruhig!
Wir haben bereits das zweite Mal die Anlage besucht. Es ist wunderschön. Die Appartements sind sehr sauber, praktisch ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betreuung ist stets gewährleistet. Zahlreiche Ausflugs- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Rundum ist es eine sehr schöne Woche gewesen, die wir sehr genossen haben.

Da consigliare !!!
Eccellente! Location strategica per raggiungere il mare, Senigallia a pochi minuti ed i meravigliosi borghi medievali nei dintorni , Corinaldo su tutte. Residence completo di tutti i comfort e massima attenzione dello staff su tutto : pulizia, giardino, piscina, barbecue, consigli pratici, ecc. Dimenticavo : piccole attenzioni di benvenuto che fanno sempre piacere : vino e miele. Complimenti siete sulla strada giusta. Excellent! Strategic location to reach sea beach, Senigallia in few minutes and close to amazing Medieval village : Corinaldo above all. Perfect residence with all comfort. Staff is focused on everything : cleanliness, garden, swimming pool, barbecue, practical advices, etc. I forget : welcome gift like honey and wine . Congratulations you’re on the right direction.
