Garage for one car near the apartment.(extra charge)
Fully equipped for 3/4 people and close to the port and all amenities. Shops, restaurants and the tram line are within walking distance. The center of Nice being very well served by transport (tram / bus) no need for a car.You will have easy and direct access to the city center, while enjoying a calm and peaceful environment.
Very nice 3 room apartment located on the top floor of a beautiful residence with elevator, Very bright apartment which has a large terrace of 35 square meters with dining area, deckchairs and shower outside!
The apartment has a living room with dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso machine, washing machine, etc.
The living room and the kitchen open onto the magnificent furnished terrace of 35 square meters, very quiet and with a glimpse of the sea.
Night side: It is composed as such:
A bedroom with a Queen size bed (160 cm) with its bathroom equipped with a sink, shower and toilet.
Another bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed and its shower room.
Many activities are offered by the Nice tourist office.
