Located in Nice, The Terrace of the Port By Riviera Holiday Homes is a true little paradise! This 100 square metre renovated rooftop apartment is located near the Lympia port district. It is air-conditioned and has a garage for one car (additional cost).
It is fully equipped for 3/4 people. Located on the top floor of a beautiful residence with a lift, the very bright apartment has a large 35 square metre terrace with a dining area, sun loungers and an outdoor shower!
You can also enjoy a living room with a dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso machine, washing machine, etc. The living room and kitchen open onto the magnificent terrace.
On the sleeping side, it is composed as follows:
A bedroom with a Queen size bed (160 cm) with its own bathroom equipped with a sink, shower and toilet.
Another bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed and its own shower room.
Shops, restaurants and the tram line are within walking distance. The centre of Nice is very well served by public transport (tram/bus) so you don\'t need a car. You will have easy and direct access to the city centre, while enjoying a quiet and peaceful environment.
