Le Petit Hameau is a 2 bedroom cottage situated in a holiday village with shared facilities with access to shared tennis courts. The property has been completely refurbished. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a gas cooker with 4 ring hob and hob. The living/dining room has an open fireplace, TV with FrenchTV channels. There is a downstairs bedroom with two single beds and a double bed on the mezzanine. There is a shower room and a separate WC. Outside is a private garden with sun loungers and a BBQ. I bought Le Petit Hameaux in 2007 due to the fantastic location, just 5 minutes from lively Carteret and a short walk from some of the best beaches in the area.
