Best view and location

This is a lovely 4 story Villa on the water with gorgeous views of the sea and Capri! It should be noted the entrance is on it's own floor so there are stairs down to the main living room, kitchen and half bath. Another flight of stairs down are 2 queen size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The 3rd flight down are the other 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 2 full bathrooms. The final & 4th flight down takes you out to the water where you can enjoy the water and a 10-12 minute walk on the path to the Marina. Management was kind enough to pick up a few groceries to help with our late arrival. We were disappointed the Villa was not cleaned and opened up before we arrived...things like the floor was not swept, the glasses, dishes and silverware needed to be washed before we could use. We also did not have hot water for the first 4 days of our stay. However, the manager did respond quickly to work on the issue. It would have been nice to have the appropriate bedding but none of the beds had a top sheet (only a comforter). Also, instructions for things like the washer machine would have been helpful. Note you have to air dry clothes which took about 24-48 hours depending on the clothing. I would definitely stay again in the future but would be sure to request all of the above to be sure our stay was more comfortable. For now I would give 3.5 stars but this is easily a 5 star location if it wasn't for the cleanliness and hot water issues.
