Set in the centre of Madrid, in the cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Chueca, this apartment enjoys a great location in a much sought-after area steps away from the Gran Vía and Plaza de Cibeles, perfect for both getaways and long-term stays in Madrid.

The apartment:

This duplex apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Tastefully refurbished down to the smallest details, it makes the most out of light and space offering its guests maximum comfort.

The welcoming open space on the lower floor comprises a living area with a sofabed, a kitchen and a dining area.

A metal staircase gives access to the upper floor, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower.

The open and bright spaces that communicate the two floors bring in a natural, airy feel while creating a stylish, captivating ambience.

The apartment is very quiet and comes with air-conditioning, Internet connection and all the
facilities you may need to enjoy a unique stay in Madrid.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
