The apartment:

This duplex apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Carefully renovated down to the smallest detail, it makes the most of the light and space, offering guests maximum comfort.

On the ground floor there is an open-plan space consisting of a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen with a dining area.

Climbing the metal stairs, you reach the upper floor, where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower.

The open and bright spaces that connect the two floors give the environment a great sense of spaciousness and a captivating aesthetic.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR, which must be paid in cash.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.

Accessing the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted vehicle access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
