The apartment:
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with a lift and wheelchair access.

It can accommodate 4 people and consists of a bedroom, a full bathroom and a guest toilet. Spacious and cosy, it has all the amenities to ensure maximum comfort.

The main bedroom, with a double bed, has an en-suite marble bathroom with a hydromassage bath. This room overlooks an interior courtyard, ensuring a peaceful rest for its guests.

The kitchen is modern, equipped with all kinds of utensils and appliances and is connected to the dining room, thus providing great comfort and versatility.

The living room has a balcony to the outside and has a sofa bed and a chaise longue for relaxing. The dining area has a large table.

The apartment has heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
