The kitchen is modern and functional and is equipped with all kinds of appliances and utensils.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. The apartment keys will be handed over directly at our offices on Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, local bajo, between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm.

If you arrive after 7:00 pm, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment to hand over the keys.

Important: all check-ins between 9:00 pm and 2:00 am have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.

MIT House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for private vehicles. Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
