On the ground floor are the common areas and the main room. Entering to the right there is a huge living room decorated with three beautiful rooms, flanked by two large palm trees that give it a summery feel. The living room receives a lot of natural light and has access to a terrace decorated with artificial grass and equipped with a small bench to sit on.

All rooms have been decorated with the client's greatest comfort in mind: headboards, bedside tables, night lamps, beds and mattresses, all of the best quality. All rooms have wardrobes or shelves. The bathrooms have a bathtub and shower.
