NoMad Latina Loft II apartment in Madrid

Located in the emblematic La Latina neighbourhood, one of the most popular in Madrid, both for its lively social life and its numerous cultural offerings of undeniable tourist interest. Teeming with restaurants offering a varied selection of typical Madrid and Spanish cuisine, some centuries-old and of great gastronomic quality, it also offers, just a few minutes\' walk away, such famous and must-see places as the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral or a long list of museums, cinemas, theatres and iconic monuments representative of our city.

The Apartment:

The NoMad Loft II apartment is located in a typical 1950s building in which only the facade has been preserved, to offer you all the comforts of the most modern building. All the apartments in the building have air conditioning in all their spaces.

A magnificent 80 m2 loft-style apartment that has been completely renovated, consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite, both with magnificent built-in showers. It has a large and modern living-dining room and an American-style kitchen equipped with all appliances. It also has a 12 m2 private patio that gives the apartment extraordinary brightness and charm.
Accommodates up to 6 people, with a double bed, two single beds and a large sofa bed.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted vehicle access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
