This apartment is located in the famous La Latina neighbourhood, which simply oozes charm. Its narrow streets reveal ancient medieval walls and large and small churches, chapels and squares such as Plaza de la Cebada, Plaza del Humilladero, Plaza de la Paja, Plaza de San Andrés and Puerta Cerrada, with lively terraces, bars and restaurants. It is also the home of some of the city\'s major festivities, such as the Fiestas de la Paloma and the Fiestas de San Isidro (the patron saint of the city) in the Jardines de las Vistillas.
It is very close to another famous neighbourhood, Las Letras, home to museums such as the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofía Museum, art galleries and historic house museums such as the home of Miguel de Cervantes. The list of cultural possibilities is endless!
The apartment is located in a building that has been completely renovated, leaving only its 1950s facade intact, with its decorative architectural elements. No expense has been spared to combine elegant and modern design in the NoMad apartments. And as guest comfort is the top priority, the accommodation in the building has central air conditioning in all rooms.
The fully renovated NoMad 3 apartment can accommodate seven people. Arranged in an elegant style, there is a bright master bedroom with a double bed, a good-sized wardrobe and a private bathroom with a shower. There is then a second bedroom with two single beds, a desk and a street-facing window that floods the room with light. Finally, there is a single bedroom. The second bathroom has a large built-in shower and colourful period cement tiles. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and a dining table for six people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to feel at home.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted vehicle access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you will need the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
