The apartment:
Located in a typical renovated Madrid building. A spacious 120 m2 apartment built and decorated with the best finishes, good insulating windows, quality wood floors and every detail in the furniture: carpets, curtains and classic-style paintings, all in perfect condition.
It is located on the first floor, which you have to walk up, although the building has a lift. With a security camera in the lobby, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and central heating in all rooms, cable TV, Internet, dishwasher, washer-dryer and everything necessary for an unbeatable stay.
With capacity for 4 people, this large apartment has 2 wonderful and very cosy bedrooms. In one of them there are two single beds arranged in a bunk bed and therefore together, and in the other a queen-size double bed. In both, lots of wardrobe space to store clothes. Both decorated with mahogany-coloured wooden furniture and nautical motifs. Very nice. The living room has a sofa, a conversation area with TV and a dining area.
The bathrooms are fantastic, renovated with marble, one of them with a shower and the other en-suite in the main bedroom, with a bathtub. The kitchen is super spacious and comfortable and is wonderfully equipped. The apartment has a terrace that opens onto a large inner courtyard (about 20 m2) that has been equipped with awnings, tables and chairs for use. An addition that makes this apartment the perfect choice.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 100 metres of the apartment.
