So you’ve got to be there! And Santa Ana Apartment is the option.

Located at the well known Santa Ana Square, this is the perfect place for those who are willing to stay in the middle of Madrid´s historic and turistic centre. Although the apartment is surrounded by the most centric Metro stations, getting on the metro can be avoided. Within only a few minutes walk you can reach the main Museums (Reina Sofía, Prado, Thyssen), the most visited and emblematic turistic sites such as the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real or the Gran Vía –something like Madrid´s Broadway where you can find lots of theatres and cinemas- and neighbourhoods such as La Latina, famous for their cultural and night life.

Just cross the main door, walk any side down the street and Madrid is all there!

With modern furniture, predominant white colours and a large window leading to the famous Huertas St, this Studio of 30 m2 turns to be a spacious, comfortable and luminous place.

The Santa Ana apartment has got all you need to make your stay perfect, besides its great location. The Studio is completely equipped with a very practical bed, a modern kitchen fitted to size, the bathroom with its shower and steel made furniture and, of most importance, high speed Internet connection. Located on a third floor, without elevator.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.

Work will be carried out on the fourth floor of the building outside of MIT House. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
