For that you need to be there, in the heart of Madrid. And the Santa Ana apartment is the option.
Located in the famous Plaza of the same name, it is the perfect place for those who want to stay right in the historic and tourist centre of the city. Although surrounded by the most central metro stations, living in this studio does not require taking the metro. Just a few minutes\' walk away are the most prominent museums (Reina Sofía, Prado, Thyssen), the main tourist sites such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, Gran Vía -where the major cinemas and theatres are also located- and the neighbourhoods with the most lively nightlife and culture, such as La Latina.

The apartment
The Santa Ana VI presents a perfect combination: being in the very heart of the historic old town of Madrid, but enjoying the comforts offered by a modern apartment like this one. Both the furniture, the ceramic hob kitchen -fully equipped- and the bathroom were specially designed to make this 30m2 studio comfortable and practical. Added to its cheerful, stylish and personal decor, it will make anyone staying feel at home from the moment they arrive.
The apartment has a comfortable double bed. This allows more space to enjoy the facilities, such as the internet connection, the flat-screen TV, or simply to rest in a pleasant and cosy environment. The apartment is on the third floor, without a lift.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you will need the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
