The location of this apartment is perfect: it is within walking distance of Madrid's major museums, Plaza de la Cibeles, Retiro Park, Puerta del Sol and is very well connected by public transport to other points of interest in the city.

This high-end apartment has a special charm, not only because of its 160 m2 of space that make it an accommodation with spacious and cosy areas, but also for its exquisite decoration and great atmosphere. It also has 4 street-facing balconies where you can enjoy the street ambience.
It has capacity for 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms.
Upon entering, you access a kitchen-dining room with great charm, characterised by a large dining table and chairs in French style. To the left is the first bedroom, with 2 single beds and a street-facing balcony. A sliding door connects this room to the living room, a large bright space with sofa, chaise longue and pouffe for all guests to rest. The second bedroom has a double bed, the main one has a double bed and access to a large walk-in wardrobe and a spectacular bathroom with separate shower and bathtub (the bathroom is also accessible from the living room).
From the kitchen, you access a toilet equipped with a washing machine.
This non-smoking apartment has wonderful wooden floors and wireless internet service. The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at least 5 days in advance.

Important: for bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Key delivery will be made directly at our offices at Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, local bajo, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
If arriving after 7:00 PM, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment for key delivery.
Important: all check-ins between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions provided at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.

Apartment access: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to motor traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the municipal Traffic Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
