Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wie schon in den anderen Rezensionen beschrieben, ist das Objekt ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und das ein oder andere funktioniert nicht perfekt. Wenn man aber Rücksprache hält, werden die Mängel sofort abgestellt. Waren Anfang April dort und es war sehr schön. Für den Pool noch ein wenig kalt (aber wir haben ihn trotzdem ein paar Mal genutzt). Sehr schöner Blick vom Balkon auf das etwas entfernte Meer. Lage wunderbar (mit Auto). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Everything is superb! Argaka Sun Villa Tessera is cozy, clean, comfortable, and situated in a nice neighborhood, near almost everything. The pool and the terrace are so magnificent and we spend most of our time here. By the way, this is our third holiday in this villa and we hope that we will come back the next year.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa which was really well-equipped and especially loved having meals on the terrace and staying home to use the pool. A perfect villa near almost everything: bars, restaurants, shops, beaches, and other local amenities. We visited Agia Marina beach and Polis beach as well and enjoyed sunbathing and swimming! I would recommend staying there for sure.

It was very peaceful. Argaka Sun Villa Tessera was really well cleaned when we arrived and smelt so good. It was fully equipped with everything and the beds were so comfortable. Nice spacious outside area with a private pool and terrace and a nice dining area. I hope we will come back soon.

Really great villa. We stayed in Argaka Sun Villa Tessera which was clean, comfortable, and cozy and had everything we needed for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. We enjoyed most of our time in the outdoor spaces around the BBQ, pool, and terrace! Travel directions were simple and clear and we collected the keys late at night without any trouble. It is always a pleasure to stay somewhere that is clean and comfortable. The outdoor area is absolutely amazing. Most of the time, we spend here, swimming in our private pool, sunbathing, talking with the rest of our group, and preparing meals. Having a BBQ is a real plus. And a big compliment to the agents. Great service. We hope to travel again with you. We have the best holiday!

Nice private property

Nice property, but checking in process needs to be improved. Nothing wrong with key location, but only partial electricity and no instructions whatsoever in the property. I messaged both the owner and the management/maintenance firm as there was no hot water, hob, kettle etc... Fortunately maintenance man arrived at 7.30 the next morning and showed you had to insert the reverse side of the key into a slot near the front door to get full electricity. Why are there no instructions about this? All then worked, apart from the kettle, which the man agreed was broken. He took it away and returned with a new one about an hour later. As for everything else that was excellent. Very clean and spacious property - nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine. Facilities listed included a coffee machine, but there was nothing - not a Nespresso, drip machine, or cafetiere. Shouldn't be listed if non existent. Outside - 8m private pool which was cleaned every day. Plenty of outdoor seating - both in sun and shade. Location - quite back road, about 10 minutes walk from the beach. Nicest restaurant - The Herb Garden in Polis.

Nice place

Had a few problems on the first day but owner sorted them out straight away , can’t fault that at all. Villa is ok but certain areas could do with updating . Kitchen equipment is very sparse had to put salad in saucepan as there were no bowls ect to use. Apart from that it was ok enjoyed the holiday .

The villa was great, right what we expected. If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa then this is the place for you! Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location, near to the beach. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from there. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you are at Polis, Latchi, and Pomos where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... Most of our time we spend at Argaka Sandy beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Overall the location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. We will be returning next year!

The beaches with the blue sky water, where you would like to stay for a long time, the many attractions that tourists like to go to, have been part of our search for new experiences. We found Argaka Sun Villa Tessera to match all our wants and wishes and are glad that we booked it for our holiday. Argaka Sun Villa Tessera has 3 very cozy rooms and a great spacious outside area with a nice pool, BBQ, patio, and terrace. Lovely to sit out and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm secluded location. Nice and friendly people in Argaka. Cyprus has become one of my favorite travel destinations and I know we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company.

I cant say enough about this villa and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! Argaka Sun Villa Tessera and Argaka were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby with a huge selection of restaurants, bars, and shops and the sea is only within three minutes walk away from the villa. The near town, Polis is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location enough far from the main tourist spots but still near to almost everything(beach and places to eat). Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing in the day and evening by the pool. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. The villa and Argaka were perfect for my family. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places are Argaka and Polis. Enjoyed our holiday at Villa Tessera, the villa provided everything that we needed for a relaxing couple of weeks. Villa itself was surprisingly cool downstairs. Argaka has plenty of bars and restaurants, several of which are in walking distance. The Irish bar, the next one along and Turtle Beach Bar all within 10-15 minutes of the villa, The Irish bar being the pick for us having Beach side area, Quiz night, Music and English football. Ice Cream place near there also a useful addition to the village.
