Feines Quartier aber nicht perfekt

Es handelt sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte in eigentlich perfekter Lage. Leider hat die nicht ganz unwichtige Bergbahn Dreiländereck ihren Betrieb eingestellt. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, es fehlt an Nichts. Selbst Holt für den Kamin ist vorhanden. Der Pool ist definitiv klasse und beheizt. Was leider trotzdem stört: sehr hellhörig, insbesondere wenn die benachbarte Haushälfte bewohnt ist, hört man jede Treppennutzung! Die Badezimmer sind chic aber arg klein. Für 4 Personen ist das Haus völlig ausreichend, zusätzlich zwei Kinder o.k., 6 Erwachsende würde ich es nicht empfehlen, da das 3. "Zimmer" eine offene Galerie mit Bett im Dachspitz ist! Das fehlt in der Beschreibung. Kurz, der, die Bewohner im DG hören quasi JEDES Geräusch in ihrem Schlafraum. Auch ist dieser Dachspitz vom 2. Schlafzimmer im OG nur durch einen Balken getrennt, das Licht scheint hier durch und auch hier ist jedes Geräusch zu hören. Zwingend ist natürlich ein Auto, aber das war so gedacht. Für jeglichen Ausflug, auch nach SLO und I ein perfekter Standort. Kurz: für 4 Personen sehr zu empfehlen. Für mehr eher nicht.
