Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo beautiful ocean view at the beautiful and pristine Northwest Point Resort. The beauty of this resort is the tranquility and privacy you feel from the moment you arrive. It's well removed from the crowds of Grace Bay but only a short car ride to all the major attractions. The resort is situated on a fifteen acre tract of land located adjacent to the National Marine Park and Nature Preserve, a 15 minute drive from the Providenciales International Airport , grocery stores, and restaurants in Grace Bay. From the moment you arrive at Northwest Point Resort you can sense the feeling of seclusion. You will often be the only ones on the beach or at the pool. There is a great feeling of privacy but it's not for everyone. While you can be in the action and crowds at Grace Bay, Miramar is for those who want to escape all the crowds and enjoy the beauty of the island. The beach in either direction is a great nature walk where there is little chance of seeing anyone else.
Miramar is a one bedroom, one bath, second floor Ocean view unit. It has new table and 4 chairs on the large balcony to take advantage of the breathtaking views. Additional housekeeping is available on a per request basis at a reasonable rate. Northwest Point Resort is located at the end of Millenium Highway just past Blue Hills. A car is recommended as you need it to explore the entire island and the array of local attractions.

My husband and I spent 5 nights in February at this condo. We chose this one because of the full size kitchen, beach front access, large pool and hot tub. It was very private and located on the north end which we enjoyed because of the privacy and seclusion and we rented a car. We like to explore islands on our own and this was a perfect place to relax at night. The hot tub and pool was never crowded and we made good use of both. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The beach front offered loungers with permanent cabanas which was nice. We made good use of the kitchen for breakfast and snacks daily. We did not utilize the restaurant but saw it was open for Valentine’s Day and over the weekend. I left some cash behind and the cleaner must be the most honest person because it was returned! Thank you for everything!
The unit itself is in excellent condition. The complex is in a lovely spot right on the ocean. there is even a bar/Rest.The pool was only heated for part of our stay. The water pressure in the unit was very low. The low point of the property is the un lite gravel road that you have to follow to get to the complex.
We absolutely loved the property, pool area was clean and beautiful. We got exactly what we wanted, the feeling that there is no one else but you on the beach. We came in april for 4 days and the place felt pretty empty which was what we wanted. The ocean was about 78 degrees which was a little chilli for us and the wind was blowing 20-30 mph. The air temp was 80 degrees so it wasnt that balmy weather that u want to cool of in the ocean. There was also a lot of seaweed in front of the condos so we walked about 10 minutes to the left to swim which was no big deal for us.. if you are in search of salitude than this is the place. There is a restaurant on the premises opened certain time of the year..which is nice., but the conch shack is like 12 minutes down the road with an awesome menu! 25-30 minutes to the center of the resort strip on the Grace bay. We booked the excursions via Viator...they have an awesome costumer support. 4 hr snorkeling catamaran was worth it. We will definitely return!
North West Point is one of my favorite places, peace and natural beauty abound, bordering a national park a morning walk to the point is a must. The property is extremely well kept. It might seem a little out of the way and off the beaten path, but that’s a big plus in my book.
Beautiful place with long beach for exploring. Great place to relax. A car is necessary. Restaurant in the resort was closed all week. Kitchen utensils could be better. We could not get the dishwasher to work despite using the manual.

If you are looking for a quiet, private beachfront resort with a lovely pool and quaint on site restaurant, this fits the bill. We walked the beautiful beach for more than a mile and only saw 6 people. Great place to get away for a quiet, peaceful vacation. Beautiful sunset view. Loved it!
Overall the room was comfortable and had all the features needed. We stayed in a 1 bedroom flat, had a full kitchen, keurig coffee maker that we being morning coffee lovers appreciated, we brought our own k-cups from home. Small balcony. Air conditioner worked great. My only issue was I ran out of hot water every time I showered. So, 2 people definitely could not take back to back showers. I didn’t say anything about it, just showered faster.
Being on the North side of the island it was quiet. We left everyday to experience the different beaches. The beach at this resort wasn’t as nice as Grace Bay or Malcom’s Road Beach mostly because there is a significant amount of sea grass on the beach and in the water.
The room was clean! Also, the management provided a beach bag and beach towels for our use.
The island is Beautiful!! Loved our time here.

We met the landlord “Kathy” a couple of times, she is very nice and welcoming.
This was our first time to the Turks and Caicos. We loved staying at Northwest point resort. You will need to rent a car but the island is small so you can drive the distance of the entire island in approximately 30 minutes. The resort was a quiet relaxing stay outside of the busy town. There was one night we had the entire pool to ourselves. The restaurant/Bar closed during Covid and has not reopened. You will need to stop at a local grocery store. There are several options available. We would stay here again!
This property has everything needed for a quiet vacation. If you are looking for the busy night life this is not the property for you.
We loved the quiet atmosphere at this property. The pool was beautiful with plenty of chairs and locations around the pool.
The beach was nice did have sea grass come in on the last day. Only complaint was there ate not enough chairs and umbrellas at the beach. People will leave towels and otems out for days in order to save a spot.
You will need a rental car for this location. We loved exploring the island.
The stay in Turks and Caicos was awesome. The location was great for a relaxing vacation as it is on the north point of Providenciales. Yet, only 20 minutes or so to anything making it a great location to do anything. The condo was very nice and well equipped. The pool was awesome and the beach just a short 2 minute walk and right next to the pool. Grace Bay and Long Bay a short drive away too. The host was awesome and answered any questions we had. Note: suggest a rental car if you plan to leave the property or just in general. The last three to four miles to the property is on an cement, rocky, sandy road. Bumpy road but easy to navigate and well maintained. The onsite restaurant is only seasonal (opens in April). Get some groceries at the local IGA and spend some quality, relaxing time at the resort. The resort beach is nice and has water sports gear, but seaweed is present. For water activities, I suggest driving to Grace Bay or Long Bay. Long Bay is super cool and not crowded at all. We didn’t make it to Taylor Bay, but Enders t and it is wonderful too. Great vacation.
Everything was exactly as described. Fantastic spot, a little off the beaten track - but amazing value because of that. Super safe and no issues driving back into town for dinner and then back out to Northwest Point afterwards. Thanks Hal!
Wonderful beautiful and secluded beach retreat. A windy secluded beach on a lovely part of the island , pool, hot tub and 730 am donation based yoga by a wonderful woman Kathy were the highlights of our stay. When we return we will bring a larger suitcase with
More essentials (such as toilet paper) since items on the island are a bit expensive. Thanks so much for the great stay and recommendations on beaches and restaurants. It was wonderful. Look forward to staying again in the future.
My husband & I booked this condo for our 25th wedding anniversary trip. It was perfect! The property was secluded & most of the time we were the only ones on the beach. Totally recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing vacation!!
Hal's place is simply incredible. We traveled during COVID and Hal was more than forthcoming with his COVID policy and what he/his housekeeper were doing to maintain the space extra clean. The resort that the apartment itself is in is absolutely gorgeous. Beach is a 30 second walk away, with a pool and hot tub always in use by guests. That's not a bad thing - we met some amazing people there, some owners, others just passing through like us. Everyone was more than happy to chat and share about themselves. With quarantine our week here was the most social we've been all year and it was such a welcome experience.
It was windy while we were there, which made some things difficult because everything would go flying, but from what we heard it was the wind that was keeping the bugs at bay so we were happy with that tradeoff.
The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures, and the view was just outstanding.
As a general note, found driving at night to be difficult. The road up from town, Millenium Highway, can get quite winding and it seems like everyone on the island drives with full beam headlights on which can literally be quite blinding.
That said I cannot wait to come back. Thank you for a phenomenal stay Hal.
Hal, the unit owner, makes you feel at home before you arrive. He was very responsive with any and all of our questions and was quick to solve a slight issue we had our first day. The condo itself was very clean, and looked just as the photos presented. This was a very comfortable place for my husband and I during our week long stay. The condo complex is quiet and very peaceful. There were several other guests in residence during our stay - this was not an issue. All guests were polite and respectful. If you are looking for peace and quiet on the beach this place is it.
A couple notes about the property: the unit does not face the ocean, although ocean views can be seen from the Master and the balcony. The unit overlooks the national park and does get beautiful sunsets off the balcony.
The beach at the condo complex is nice....but it is not the white sand beach you will see in Grace Bay. When we stayed there was an issue with seaweed. Although maintenance did comb the beach daily, there was enough seaweed in the ocean that swimming directly in front of the condo was less appealing. However, the 3 miles of private beach offer many opportunity to find a "cleaner" pocket of water and swim there.
The condo is a solid 20+ minutes from the nearest grocery store - a car rental is a must here. The island is small and you can get to everything you may need in under 30 minutes.
Overall, our stay at Hal's condo was wonderful. I highly recommend Hal as a host.
Property will maintained. No crowds. Almost like having your own private beach.
Only negative is the unpaved road you need to take when leaving the property.
Love the accommodations and relaxing at the Miramar villa. Hiking the seashore in the National Park offered amazing views. Hal was quick to answer any of our needs since this was our first visit to TCI.
Location is remote, that’s what we like. Complex has everything you need, condo is well appointed. Even the kitchen knives are sharp! Hal was easy to work with. It was a great and relaxing week.
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was great, we enjoyed the balcony for meals and relaxing. The few issues we had , TV and lock were handled quickly. Chef Eddy made great conch chowder. Wish the pool were heated as the weather was a bit windy and cool. Lovely spot.
Northwest Point is a must stay at resort for anyone who enjoys getting away from it all. There is plenty to do on resort with the pool and what is nearly a private beach. The resort was sold out when we were there, which meant that there were still plenty of chairs and we were not on top of anyone. Seriously, this is a one of a kind resort.
The unit was clean and spacious. perfect for my wife and I. The living room is modern and comfortable, the porch to die for and the eat-in kitchen was amazing (though we ate most meals on the porch). Having laundry in the unit is a plus as well. The unit was well designed and stocked with towels and all of your beach needs.
We'll be coming back for years to come with our children and can't recommend NWP more highly.
We chose NWP because of the location- off the beaten path and on a gorgeous beach. The condo was perfect for our 10 day stay with all the amenities that we needed. We loved walking the beach (often had it much to ourselves when we headed a few minutes north). The resort staff works hard to keep the beach and grounds beautiful. We enjoyed having Eddie’s restaurant onsite - especially the Thanksgiving special he prepared - delicious!!
Loved the location and the drive into Grace Bay and other spots on TCI was a breeze. Overall a perfect vacation!

I have 2 other properties at Northwest Point Resort also on VRBO#624106 and 692202 . I bought this unit as it's adjacent to my other units.
Why they chose this property
I chose Northwest Point Resort because of the tranquil and serene setting. The resort is not crowded which I very much like and you are totally connected with the natural beauty of the island. My condo is perfect for people who want to get away from the hustle bustle of daily life and relax in a magnificent setting.
