About this property

Casa Villa Iris is located just 500m. from the town center and 2km. from Sa Riera beach.
Distributed on two floors, on the upper part we find an entrance hall, toilet, fully equipped semi-open kitchen, living room with access to balcony and terrace and a double room en suite with shower. On the lower floor, another double room en suite with a bathtub, a double room, a room with bunk beds and a complete bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms have direct access to the garden area and 6x3m private pool.
The house has portable A/C in each room and barbecue, sun loungers and garden furniture on the outside area. Outside parking space for 2 or 3 cars.
