This well-maintained holiday home for 3 people and with 1 bedroom is located in Medemblik, North-Holland. It is very suitable for a couple or a small family! The house has its own terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the sun and your breakfast. Medemblik is a municipality on the IJsselmeer, which means that you can enjoy wonderful water sports already within 1 km. The supermarket is 550 m away and the restaurants 800 m. You can also spend a day at Regatta Beach (2 km), where you can go sunbathing, walking, cycling and enjoy the surroundings. For golf enthusiasts, there is a golf course 4 km from the house. This holiday home is spread over 2 floors. Downstairs, you will find the living room with a TV, Netflix and fun board games. You will also find a kitchenette and a luxurious bathroom here. PLEASE NOTE: Only the available microwave/grill may be used to prepare hot meals. Cooking on your own equipment brought from home is not allowed. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed. Outside, you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture; a wonderful place to relax.

Besonders gemütlich bei Regen!

Wir haben dieses Objekt für einen Wochenendaufenthalt gewählt, da wir es uns einfach nur für zwei Tage gemütlich machen und faulenzen wollten. Dieses Häuschen ist genau für diesen Zweck perfekt! Dass das Wetter uns Dauerregen und starken Wind bescherte, machte das ganze noch perfekter: Das leichte Trommeln der Regentropfen auf das Schlafzimmerdach war urgemütlich und so gab es nur wenig Anlass, aus dem sehr bequemen Bett aufzustehen! :-) Das Badezimmer ist äußerst geräumig und sehr modern. Einziger Kritikpunkt: es fehlt ein Sofa, auf dem man zu zweit zumindest sitzen könnte- der schräg im Raum stehende Longchair ist zwar stylisch, aber eben nur für eine Person. Da die Wohnung für zwei Personen ausgelegt ist, wäre es sinnvoller, den 2er-Esstisch anstelle der beiden Sessel vor die Terrassentür zu stellen und den Longchair durch ein 2er-Sofa zu ersetzen.... 5 Einzelsitzplätze braucht man wirklich nicht :-) Aber trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt SEHR genossen und wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.... müssen wir wohl nochmal kommen! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Gelungener Urlaub

Wir haben eine kleine, gemütliche und saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Optimal für zwei Personen, aber auch mit einem Kind ohne Probleme machbar. Die Lage ist gut an einem der Häfen gelegen. Von Restaurant bis Einkaufsmarkt alles in wenigen hundert Metern zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind ein sehr sympathisches Paar, waren sehr hilfsbereit und hatten Tipps für uns parat.

Die Ferienwohnung war Sauber und ist hochwertig eingerichtet.Das Bad war echt super.Die Lage ist recht zentral, Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung.Wir haben aber auch ein paar negative Dinge zu berichten. Es gibt keine Küche, nur eine Mikrowelle und einen Mini Kühlschrank. Haben wir aber erst nach der Buchung festgestellt , sodaß wir uns eine mobile Herdplatte und ein paar Töpfe mitgenommen haben.Diese dürften wir aber aus versicherungstechnischen Gründen nicht benutzen.Das war wirklich schade. Das Haus liegt an einer Hebebrücke und es ist sehr laut wenn die Autos und vor allem LKW und Busse drüber fahren. Das Bett vibrierte sogar manchmal.Die Vermieter waren bemüht, könnten aber das Problem mit dem Kochen nicht lösen. Auflagen der Stadt , angeblich.Wer sowieso jeden Abend essen geht und eventuell mit Frühstück bucht, was laut Gästebuch sehr gut sein soll ist hier gut aufgehoben...
