This three bedroom villa is located in the peaceful village of Islamlar, some 7 km from the popular coastal resort town of Kalkan. Only a short drive from the busy restaurants and shops, it offers a secluded settings for a family holiday in an atmosphere of complete privacy and isolation.
Although there is no public transport to this village this vila is only about 500 metres walking distance from a local grocers shop and restaurant, so would be suitable for guests not wishing to have to drive.

The accommodation is on two floors, the ground floor comprising of an open plan lounge / kitchen /dining area, a win bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a communal cloakroom.
The lounge and twin bedroom both open directly onto the pool terrace. This is a generous size and has a dining area for six, sunbeds, and a shady traditional seating platform in the garden.
The swimming pool is some 11 by 4.5 metres and has a depth of 1.7 metres. This can be screened off by a curtain system , making the pool area unseen from outwith the villa.
There are two double bedrooms on the upper floor, both with excellent views out across Islamlar valley, en-suite bathrooms and balconies. One of the double bedrooms also has a jacuzzi bath for guests to enjoy.
The villa has adjacent parking, and wifi internet. There is also another sister villa for four next door, which could be rented in tandem if larger groups were coming. Please ask for more details if required.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 4 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2500 TL for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
