We loved this property. Claudio treated us so kindly. He was very responsive when we had questions. The apartment was near the train station and the water. Sweet, calm town. The apartment Was clean and spacious. It was a joy to stay there and I highly recommend it.

Charming little apartment close to the sea

The apartment offered everything that we needed for 4 people. 2 sleeping rooms, with a bathroom and a living room close. There’s also a private garage where we could park our car (even though it took our driver some attempts to get the car in the first time. The next times it worked like a charm). We didn’t even need 2 minutes to the beach from the apartment and there’s also directly a nice little Café directly at the beach we went to for our morning coffee. The stores and a lot of restaurants are close by as well, so you can easily get what you want either to cook for yourself or eat outside. You can also take the train from the nearby train station to get to any of the villages from Cinque Terre - so no need to drive there with a car. All in all we had a great time here and Claudio was also very helpful, when we reached out to him replying back instantly. We would and will book the apartment again any time in the future. Can only recommend this accommodation! And Sestri Levante as well

Sehr schöne Wohnung, toller Gastgeber

Der Ort Sestri Levante ist klein, aber fein. In der Umgebung lässt sich wunderbar wandern, im Ort selbst ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wunderbares kleines Stadtzentrum voller Vitalität. Die Ferienwohnung selbst war sehr sauber und hatte alles zu bieten, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der fantastische Gastgeber, der sich unglaublich rührend um das Wohl seiner Gäste sorgt. Herzlichsten Dank, lieber Claudio!!!

L'alloggio è molto bello, comodo e funzionale, vicino alla spiaggia. C'è tutto quello che può servire, il proprietario disponibile e gentile. Unica nota dolente il rumore della strada sottostante e della vicina ferrovia, superabile chiudendo le finestre e accendendo i ventilatori.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in Strandnähe

Sehr schön. Die Züge haben wir kaum gehört, auf dem Balkon klar aber in der Wohnung absolut kein Problem. Restaurants in der Nähe waren sehr lecker und sehr freundliches Personal. Claudio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Strand war klasse, Mischung aus feinem Sand und feinem Kiesel. Die Kinder hatten Spaß.

Unser Aufenthalt in Sestri Levante

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gefallen. Sestri Levante ist ein lebendiger, schöner Ort. Claudio, der Vermieter, ist ein liebenswerter, hilfsbereiter, netter Mann. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Bahnlinie in der Nähe, speziell die Güterzüge in der Nacht. Dafür ist es zentral gelegen und der Strand ist ganz in der Nähe. Wir können es weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung in hervorragender Lage

Wohnung hatte alles was gebraucht wird, Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, schnelle Reaktionszeiten. Sehr gute Lage im traumhaften Ort Sestri Levante. Die Bahngleise hört man zwar, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Die Kinder fanden die Eisenbahn um die Ecke super.

Tolle Woche in Sestri Levante

Saubere Wohnung und sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und die Innenstadt erreicht man in ca. 15. Minuten zu Fuß über die Strandpromenade. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

3Wochen Sestri Levante

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, sauber, hat alles was man braucht. Sofort ist man zu Fuss am Strand oder im Centrum und Bahnhof. Wir haben unser Auto die ganze Zeit nie gebraucht. Was stören könnte ist einzig der Zug der 100 m neben dem Haus durchfährt und der Verkehr. Aber auch an das haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt.

Perfekte Basis zur Erkundung der Gegend

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und liegt ideal um die Gegend (Genua, Cinque Terre, La Spezia) mit dem Zug oder dem Auto zu erkunden.

Excellent Flat very close to the sea

From beginning to end the process was smooth. The flat itself is a lovely flat with all the amenities you can expect in a flat, it even has a parasol that we used at the beach! Really felt like a second home. The beach is about 2 minutes away too which is just perfect!

Preis Leistung stimmt

Alles Bestens. Keine 2 Minuten und man ist auf der Promenade direkt am Meer. In die sogenannte Füssgängerzone schafft man es gemütlich zu Fuss in weniger als 20 Minuten. Das einzige, dass doch stört sind die Züge. Die Bahnlinie ist ca 50 Meter entfernt und eine Häuserreihe liegt noch dazwischen. Man muss einfach wissen die Züge hört man. Mich hat es nicht gross gestört würde sofort wieder dort buchen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
