About this property

Greystones, lovely cottage in Gunnerside, upper Swaledale

Greystones is a lovely stone cottage in the heart of the peaceful Swaledale village of Gunnerside. It has been beautifully restored and sympathetically decorated and furnished. The cottage is spread over three floors, with a bright master bedroom. Its attic conversion houses a spacious third double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and WC, and plenty of room for children to play. Whilst the strict cancellation policy remains in place, if guests are not able to come because of Covid, we will refund or postpone. Week bookings are Sat to Sat. Note, please send an Enquiry instead of Reservation Request (cheaper for you).

Greystones has a magnificent stone fireplace, new logburner, and stripped pine floor in the living room and plenty of modern conveniences, including Free Sat, ipod docking stations & a fully equipped kitchen. Greystones has an attractive charm and high level of comfort for your holiday in beautiful Swaledale! Ideal base for cycling, the route of the 2014 Tour de France came right past the door. Free wifi, sorry, two dogs welcome. NOTE, please send Enquiry, instead of Reservation Request.
