A wonderful house in a great place!

Right after having set the payment, javier got in touch with us to offer his support.he's been totally flexible about arrival and departure agreement, he was there when we arrived, friendly welcoming us. We've been immediately welcome by him and his lovely family living thereby, entering us in this wonderful house. Pictures you see are perfectly represeting the beauty of this house, his breathtaking garden, filled with taste with superb trees and flower decorations, and duly kept evert day. Ramon took care of everything, cutting the grass, cleaning up around and checking the pool, and he did it almost invisibly. We had a 2 weeks stay and that was absolute relax. For job addicted, workaholic and those who cannot do without internet, don't worry: you have wifi with decent coverage and speed. Anyway, i got the perception that this house has its own energy: staying there, no matter if sunny or rainy, brought an energetic state of relax and freedom to all of us. Perfect place for families with children, provided with everything you may need. I've been grilling almost on a daily base in the bbq of this house. Loved it sooo much! There was no one issue, no worries at all, our holiday was the smoothest ever! But above all let me thank all the family owning the house, that have been so cute, friendly, respectful and helpful. You have definitely been my best neighbours and house owners ever! And a big big hug to the little cute Ines! We loved you playing with our children! A stay here is definitely more then recommended!! Ps: we spent last week of august/first week of september 2019 in there: its a perfect moment to enjoy this place

Excellent villa in great location

Lovely villa as expected from its representation on your website. Clean tidy and excellent location. Pool small but refreshing and kept clean by the owners who were absent but there quickly if needed. The large garden was beautiful with lots of shade beneath the trees. Kitchen was also quite small and could be better equipped for large parties but everything there was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend it.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison. le ménage était très bien fait et la maison spacieuse. La terrasse est très agréable pour manger et le double barbecue est vraiment appréciable. Le jardin est magnifique et très reposant, l'endroit est d'ailleurs calme et sécurisé. La plage est à seulement 700 m. Le seul bémol est la piscine qui est un peu petite. Les propriétaires sont charmants et toujours prêts à rendre service.

Très bien ! Semaine extra.

Super séjour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Les chambres sont climatisées. La piscine est sécurisée. La véranda est très agréable. Les enfants ont bien profité du jardin (trampoline etc.). Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, et disponibles. Il est préférable d'aller à la plage en voiture mais c'est très rapide (4 min). Peniscola est assez construit (des immeubles etc.) mais cela a un certain charme (assez design, très bien entretenu). Le petit village avec le fort est très mignon et offre une vue incroyable sur la mer. Beaucoup de soleil, de bons resto de fruits de mer.
