Pool and Sea view Studio in Castle Harbour (C010)
Lovely bright studio with pool and sea view in the popular Castle Harbour complex in Los Cristianos. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk along with 2 well stocked supermarkets and the renowned La Pepa food market. Complex has a heated pool and poolside bar and is extremely well kept. Great place to stay for couples and families alike. Around a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. Short walk to taxi rank and bus stop. High speed wifi is included in the rental price.
Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the complex Basura Huts and then leave the property keys at reception on your departure
If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.
Taxi rank and bus stop within a couple of minutes walk, car not required
Sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool area are charged at €2 per day.
2 single beds and a shower room.
Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
